   Awkward did start small..but it still averaged 1.7 million viewers..but it also had the luxury of being behind Teen Mom..which was at its peak at the time. The Inbetweeners didn’t have the strong lead in AWKWARD did..which is why im guessing its not part of the top 100 top able shows.

   Why didn’t MTV wait the night of the VMA’s to premiere this new show? Do they have something else in mind for the post-VMA slot because it seems this would have been a no-brainer….

   @Sid: How are they ruining British hits? If you don’t like them, don’t watch them. It’s not because Skins USA was bad that it would somehow ruin Skins UK. As for myself, i enjoy more Shameless USA, Queer as Folk USA and The Office USA than the original British shows.

   Glad to see bunheads held steady for the finale, even though i thought it might inch up a little. But stil steady so thats good. and the finale was awesome by the way. Any chance it will be adjusted up?

   The next episodes of Alphas features the return of Summer Glau as Skylar Adams. I’ll be interested to see if this affects the program’s ratings. I predict they’ll go up. To date, Alphas has been burdened by having a cast of characters who are weird but not particularly interesting. On the other hand, Skylar has a much more entertaining skill set. Also, having Geek Goddess Summer Glau back should also draw more viewers.

   I wouldnt really call The UK inbetweeners amazing either but it is alot better than the US crap.

    Let me clear up my statement regarding Major Crimes and DALLAS…

    Yes, eppy 2 of the latter did better than the former but I meant that if MC holds these numbers for the season, it will end up doing better than DALLAS overall. We will see what happens.

    Surely the 25-54 numbers are better for Perception than F&B, right? But that doesn’t mean it’s gonna get a 3rd season. Memphis Beat was another TNT show to suffer the 2-seasons curse…

    Perception was terrific last night. Major Crimes….not so much. But I’ll stick for another few weeks. Sure do miss Brenda and Gabriel.+

    Perception gets another season, and with over 4 million viewers, I’m not the only one liking it. I don’t know if it will get renewed next year, but like, that’s next year. Hard to worry about that now.

    Who are you to tell me what I can or cannot watch? I watched the pilot last night because I’m a huge fan of the British Version. And I’ll tell you now that I was disappointed and I WON’T BE WATCHING AGAIN so no need to raise your blood pressure.

    MTV failed at Skins and I see them failing with this. After this flops, next thing we’ll see is MTV adapting Misfits.

    @ John A The Summer Glau curse is a myth. I believe in the Summer Glau Reverse Curse. This should become clear next week.

    oh man USA misfits would be such a downgrade since they have to water everything down for US tv. just like US skins.
