   I was refering to the 18-49 demo. Surely you know total viewers dont matter.

   0.8 for Secret Life! I’m not even going to lie, that’s pretty dang impressive. That’s 2 tenths up from last week in the demo and up some more in viewers. To be half into its 5th season, that show is still holding up pretty well. I would be very surprised to not see the get some sort of 6th season now.

   I don’t watch Secret Life anymore but nice to see it still doing well. Whether ABCF announces the remainder of S5 as the final season(doubful) or they give it a farewell much deserved 6th Season, I’ll tune in to see how it all ends.

   well it seems that despite the fall, secret life remains the most watched program for women this summer at 8 on Monday, according to previous news … this season finale did very well!

   Surely you realise there are networks that count viewers too?

   And if you were refering to the 18-49, which you didn’t mention prior, again that is completely wrong.

   Sorry to say but you don’t count the highest numbers when trying to prove a point here, you go by what the Season was hitting on average if you want to be technical. It only get 0.9 a few times for Season 3, but dropped as low as 0.5 by Seasons end. Half of this is 0.45 which I’m happy to say Season 4 hasn’t reached.

   And no, these numbers aren’t that bad. I don’t know who feeds you this nonsense. Really but understand that cable is different to network tv, networks have different expectations and count different things. Syfy likes viewers, the 18-49 obviously, and of course the 25-54 too.

   Warehouse 13 will be renewed, and Alphas has put a good case forward for renewal, this will happen.

    I actually have to disagree with you. The show finally seemed to pull some viewers back in again with its finale. I didn’t watch, but I saw where apparently fans gave the episode a lot of positive feedback. Most seem to be wondering if the character in the hospital actually died.

    Inbetweeners is one of the shows MTV claimed they “had in the bank” when they made the decision to drop Pants. (See what i did there, “drop Pants”?) I liked that show a lot, so maybe I’m biased, but fair to say so far, not such a solid move. Inbetweeners can’t be a cheap format, either. What’s next?
    Also, not to pile on, but did where’s Ridiculesness? Uh-oh.

    MTV most likely won’t cancel Inbetweeners until the series has aired all the episodes ordered. Until then..theyll stick it at 11pm somewhere and call it a day.

    I loved Inbetweeners, the first episode was a riot. Its nice to have a show that’s actually funny, and not just a hookup of the week like I Just Want My Pants Back. I liked it too, but Inbetweeners is way more funny.

    SyFy shows ARE doing badly, there’s no doubt about that. The network is fast becoming the cable equivalent of the CW on broadcast, entirely due to their crappy quality movies and stupid “reality” shows.

    Given the poor showing of all their shows, Alphas isn’t doing that badly, It’s basically where Sanctuary was for a couple of seasons. So it could get a season three IF it holds at .5, If it continues to drop to .4 or worse .3, then it probably won’t.

    Summer probably added a couple hundred thousand viewers and maybe boosted the rating by .1. She’ll be back for the two-part season finale. I do hope Skylar doesn’t join Stanton Parrish.

    At least Azita got smooched in this episode. I think she wants to catch up with Laura in that department.

    Teen Wolf’s #’s this season were only fractionally higher than pants in 18-49, almost the same. But there is a teen girl fury around that show there wasn’t around pants. Inbetweeners could go up but without th efandom MTV won’t renew. They go for repeated viewings, without fandom you don’t get that. Try as they might they are a station of 16 year old girls.

    Sorry I wouldn’t call close to 2 million viewers bad on Syfy. The network does count viewers too when deciding renewal, and counts the 25-54 rating.

    Hate to repeat myself but some people just aren’t getting the point, people who obviously have an axe to grind with the network, so I won’t bother with this subject anymore.

    It’s nice to see Secret Life up a bit for the finale, but if it has another 6 month hiatus like it did the past few years it’s hard to say if any audience will come back. But then again this seasons ratings have been so inconsistent that the 5B ratings are going to be crucial if there is going to be any chance of a season 6.
