One word for the spike in ratings Ejami!!!!

  • Lance

Days is on fire right now. Best it has been in ages. Crossing my fingers that it continues to only get better. (And yes go, EJami!)

  • Pam

SAFE will do that for ya! Bring back Sami and Rafe—any scenes that reflect a possible reunion will spike the ratings. They are why I watch!

  • BG

Go Days!!! I’m also rooting for EJami!!!

  • NEK38583

I hope this continues. If the ratings stay like this. I am sure it will be renewed. My it will happen on their anniverly like it did last time.

  • Mani

EJAMI always spikes the ratings! Last November, the Sami/EJ hookup made sure the ratings went up and now again! They’re gold!

  • Mitchapalooza

DAYS improved on their ratings from last week and scored #2 among network programs (all soaps, network talks shows, network game shots, network variety shows) in Women 18-49…thats pretty good.

  • bob

I thought EJ was leaving the show….

  • truth

Sami and Rafe are boring, if they keep writing for this awful pairing you can be sure ratings will go down down down like it was the case one year ago ! Mark my words..

  • amy

Sami and Rafe scenes did not reflect a reunion, what are you smockin..eyeroll, the guy was a controlling creep in this scenes and came almost to harass her sexually with some misplaced remarks about her dress…i was quite disturbed watching their scenes..and he is supposed to be a ‘good guy’..well not in my book i don’t want to know ‘good guy’ like that, thanks..shudder..ah and just three seconds ago he did not give a damn and wanted to go on her sister’s pants at every occasions and to live a great love with perfect Carrie..ridiculous..writing.

  • Amanda

I don’t get the Sami obsession. Making her the star of DOOL is why I stopped watching.

There is no Sami obsession except for some bitter haters like you Amanda, she is not the only female character showcased on this soap, there are other female with lot’s of airtime like Melanie, Nicole, Kate, Marlena, Abby, Jennifer ect..Sami is just pretty dynamic because she can drive stories with her connections, ties to other important characters, her (when the writing is not too awful which is rare..even more with these new/old writers who are abyssal) somewhat complex and conflicted, flawed persona for a soap and her pairings being very very popular.

  • Cindy Clark

Thank you NBC,Sony and advertisers for Days love Days.

  • Marji

I am so happy to see the ratings for DOOL be this good. It has been really well written lately, IMO.

  • Richard

Well I don’t watch the show — never have — but the reason in the last few years I have never even been tempted to watch is due to one person — Alison Sweeney.

She is the reason I quit watching The Biggest Loser and I will never watch anything she is in again.

So bye bye Richard, it seems with the ratings that you not watching not matter in the least therefore bye bye you will not be missed.

  • Lili

Richard you are hysterical, seriously you really think that your so called ‘viewing’ will make the difference, seriously ?!! Lmaooo get a grip please, it is pathetic poor Richard..

DAYS is must see television right now, it hasn’t been this active with its fanbase’s activity in a long time.

They were smart using the Olympics to their advantage and doing that DAYSaster event to get viewers back interested and giving them a free break. NBC should think about doing a two week break with a huge event every year.

DAYS will back in 2014 I guarantee it right now.

  • JNewt

Very good for DAYS I’ve enjoyed it myself lately. DAYSASTER has helped this show regain some of the viewers they lost since the winter time hopefully with the new direction of the show they can recover big time and post even bigger ratings for the fall.

The competition against GH in some markets starting in September will be interesting. Hopefully the competition will help both shows be consistently good because that was DAYS’ main problem in the past was the inconsistent writing.

  • Sharon

Daysaster was a good story. I think they could have done more with it but that’s me. But EJ and Sami being on the run from the law was exciting. EJami’s got some great scenes and Days got a ratings boost. I really hope they don’t drop the ball like they did with the grief sex.
