Head of Household Winner Announced on Sunday, September 2

Last night on BIG BROTHER, the Houseguests voted to evict Britney Haynes, the 25-year-old pharmaceutical sales rep from Mansfield, Ark., who now resides in Tulsa, Okla., by a vote of 4-1. This comes after a dramatic power shift in the house that broke up the Quack Pack alliance. Britney becomes the second member of the Jury.

Following the eviction ceremony, the Houseguests competed in a LIVE “Soak Up the Sun” Head of Household competition where they had to remain on their individual disks as they orbited around a giant sun. The winner of the competition will be revealed on Sunday, September 2 (8:00:30 - 8:59:30 PM, ET/PT).

BIG BROTHER is broadcast three nights weekly, Sundays (8:00:30 - 8:59:30 PM, ET/PT), Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the LIVE eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).

BIG BROTHER follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with more than 52 cameras and 95 microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day.  Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house.  At the end, the last remaining House Guest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.

BIG BROTHER is executive produced by Emmy Award-winning producer Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan for Fly on the Wall Entertainment, in association with Endemol U.S.A.

Not many people left to root for! I liked JoJo, Janelle and Britney…now rooting for Danielle and Ian.

  • Jack S

I think a few of them would make deserving winners..not sure about Dan winning again but his move last week sure was BIG.

  • Ricky

@Passions11: Yeah, Dani and Ian are my faves too. But I can see Dan making it to the end, because everyone hates him (the one thing I didn’t like about Britney is that she reminded us all of how Old Man Jerry called Dan a Judas…seriously, they must not realize how grave an insult that is.)

  • Chris

What a sly move Dan pulled this week! I already knew that he was going to be pulled off the block because of a Zap2It update I read earlier, but he literally went from dead man walking to potential $500,000 contender.

The ratings still suck, they only appear to be high because of NFL local games and the RNC over-run. The two ex producers Allison and Mich are hard at work with fixing the last HoH comp to make things happen in the house, true BB fans are NOT fooled by thier tricks. CBS should take notes from the best player ever in BB history (Dr. Will) and return the game to what it once was, and stop all the twists, and planted houseguests crap before it’s to late. BTW Allison and Mich, it is wrong to have a “special” person like Ian in the house, his rocking, snapping, and tippy toeing everywhere are his personal issues that should not be exploted for your show. It’s not right to make light of a person who is clearly hanicapped, shame on you two.

I would really like for Frank to win it all. I have more respect for him now than when the season started. He is simply a strong competitor comparable to Janelle. But he also was able to stay flexible. Dan is playing a more social game, manipulating people and their emotions. Ian is just sneaky and that is coming back to haunt him.

  • Kitsune

Whoa, Justin, what. That’s just insulting.
