Pretty good news for Obama and the Democrats in general

Ohio Early Voting Ruling: Court Orders State To Restore 3 Days Of Voting Before Election Day
A federal judge sided with the Obama campaign and ruled Friday to order Ohio to restore three days of early voting before Election Day, a decision that could affect the outcome of the 2012 election in a key battleground state.

The DNC’s star speaker is Sandra Fluke, the career college student. I guess she doesn’t realize all those student loans are LOANS NOT A PAYCHECK! Or, maybe her parents are 1%ers, and that’s why she’s been able to afford to spent 12 years in college.
Doesn’t she realize that if she quit whoring around, and attended classes, she’d have graduated years ago, gotten a job, and paid for her own birth control pills. They should fact check her claim that it costs $1000 per year for birth control..because I just went to the Planned Parenthood website, and even they claim you can buy birth control pills for $15 per month. They probably say $15, because they’re charging $5 a month to tell women that they can go to Walmart and get them for $19 a month. So, that’s $180 for a WHOLE YEAR. Ummm, what is she claiming to be spending the other $820 on?
People,it is OK to admit that you made a mistake by voting for Obama in 2008. In fact, it is the adult thing to do.
Man, Over 9 million viewers…Fox News kicked butt on EVERYONE…they had more than double the viewers than even the alphabet networks in the 10PM hour. MSNBC even got beat by CNN in that hour…I guess people wanted to hear Romney speak, not the retards that work for MSNBC…

No, they can’t. LOL The whole MSDNC line-up bragged for weeks that Walker was going to get recalled…and not one of them has even admitted he won in the recall, let alone that they were WRONG. I think it’s a genetic thing…A liberal admitting they are wrong is like the Fonz trying to admit he was wrong…lol
maybe that’s a bad example…maybe i’m the only one who remembers Happy Days, and laughed when Fonz would go…”Okay, I was wwwwrrr…wwwrrrrr….wwwrrrr…ritchie, tell em.” lol
Clint Eastwood spoke off the cuff…,the empty chair had a teleprompter.
Clint Eastwood may be singularly responsible for unseating Oblamer.
Go ahead, Clint, make my day (Nov. 6th)
I mis=placed my glasses, Did Fox win again?
@betty
As I said on the other thread, I could only imagine how hard FOX News would be blasting the Democrats if they had a hollywooder being the 3rd last speaker(in prime time) do what Clint did.
Was he funny, sure but Clint didn’t do anything to swing any voters infact it sort of turned the big final night into a circus(something which I think the Republicans fairly successfully avoided the bulk of the convention)
I think so Coffee–but just barely—snark.
Just read where Matthews got into an vocal altercation with a group of Republican delegates at a restaurant. It is sad what is happening to this guy.

Please consider the fact they may have wanted to increase viewership, because the trend has been less viewers.

Wow. Wow. Congratulations on that one, Stan. You’ve set a bar so low that I think even the worst posters here won’t be able to worm their way under it.
@Coffe Steve
Fair enough argument about the viewers, but I do think Clint’s thing was more suited to first night not 2 speeches before Romney. I think it sort of underminded Romney in terms of it’s the most talked about thing the next day and for all the wrong reasons.
It will be interesting to see what the numbers are for the dem convention. I have heard all I want to hear from obama, pelosi, fluke and the rest of that group. When I hear their voices on the TV or radio I change the station. I am stock piling some good books for next week.
@letmethink
It is sad what is happening to this guy.
I am serious and not picking on him, he is heading for some kind of breakdown, I seen him on Morning Joe and another segment last Tuesday and even his co-workers even notice it.
He either wants to get fired or he is having a breakdown. Remember how Olbermann went bonkers right before he left MSNBC.
It could be as simple as, Years ago Matthews was one of the best political anchors there was, he was bright, hardnosed and never allowed anyone on either side to feed BS. His Hardball program at one time was as good as they get.
He may feel mis-used and wishes to do serious Journalism again.
@Mark
Clint’s thing was more suited to first night
Good point again, I would agree with that
The Obamas Already Preparing for Move to Hawaii in January 2013: Hyde Park neighbors talking about Chicago house being sold soon
Barack and Michelle Obama will be moving to Hawaii in January of 2013 and preparations are now being made to purchase an estate in close proximity to land owned by the University of Hawaii, where the Obama presidential library and “political center” will be located.
Here in Chicago, it’s pretty obvious that Michelle does not want to move back to this city and its winters (for any reason) and Michelle’s mother, who’s been living in the White House with her daughter and her family, will be happily making the move to Hawaii as well.
UPDATE: Just found out that the asking price of the house they are looking at is most likely $35 million

Rumor or truth ?
@DD
What’s wrong with Obama moving to where he was born?
Obama speech to soldiers met with silence
This is a little less than rumor. I watched it on CNN.
President Barack Obama was greeted with fleeting applause and extended periods of silence as he offered profuse praise to soldiers and their families during an Aug. 31 speech in Fort Bliss, Texas.
The audience remains quiet even when the commander-in-chief thanked the soldiers’ families, and cited the 198 deaths of their comrades in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The audience’s reaction was so flat that the president tried twice to elicit a reaction from the crowd.
“Hey, I hear you,” he said amid silence.
The selected soldiers who were arrayed behind the president sat quietly throughout the speech.
CNN and MSNBC ended their coverage of the speech before it was half-over
