   Elliotness,Switched at Birth is about two teen girls one athletic deaf middle class & the other a wealthy artistic girl who were Switched at Birth and it was discovered when theyre teens.A 0.9 is pretty good considering its on a small, niche channel and its had a loong hiatus and the fact of Labor Day as well as summer(people celebrating, doing things outside ect.).0.9 is good cause its up from or steady from where it was and ABCFAMILY highest show PLL gets a 1.0& better and its lowest rated shows got a 0.4_0.6 before being cancelled(make it or break it and Jane by Design) plus Secret Life_which used to be abcfamilys highest rated show _ now avrrages a 0.6_0.7 for its fifth season, so a 0.9 is goo by abcfamilys standards.Plus Beverley Hills Nannies got less than a million viewers and 0.4 for its first season so 0.9 is good.

   Surprised COMA did not do better…I watched and found it extremely entertaining! I even watched the finale last night. Had some great actors, good storyline, and it was suspenseful and thrilling. I’d love to see a new series appear in primetime similar to the theme of this movie. Tired of regular ole “hospital” shows like Greys Anatomy. Ugh.

   S@B(Switched At Birth)is a show on ABC Family. A 0.9 18-49 demo is really good for that network.

   Great for Switched. I was worried it would be at the 0.6 level because of the holiday and long hiatus, but it’s actually up two whole points vs it’s spring finale. That’s so awesome!

   Elliotness, also CW wishes they had a show getting 0.9_ besides Vampire Diaries which gets 1.0 or above (cw shows range from 0.4_0.7)

    Wow at Love and Hip Hop, such a beast, TI and Tiny Dod awesome too, huge retention. But next week Basketball Wives LA comes back and I don’t expect it to be as high as love & Hip Hop, which I’m assuming will cause Ti’s show to drop. Great for RHONY, season high.

    awesome for switched but it won’t be able to retain those numbers. give it 2-3 weeks and the numbers are going to drastically drop. i’ll watch it until bones come back on the 17th.

    TNA and WWE need to switch up ratings because TNA is too good right now and WWE is too bad right now.

    Switched at Birth had a solid opener. That was a smart idea from ABC Family to start the new season on Labor Day away from the competition of The Voice next week.

    Im so happy for Switched at Birth. Hopefully it can maintain these numbers later in the Fall. The lowest I can possibly see it going is 0.7 or 0.6 (highly doubt 0.6)

    A 0.9 is great for Switched at Birth on Labor Day. On par with its whole season so far. For refrence here is the current season’s ratings for ABC Family dramas: (As of Sept 2, 2012)
