Why all the crowing about MSNBC’s ratings this week? The normal Fox crowd has now reason to watch the usual Dems/Liberal dribble. i’d rather pokke out my own eyes!! Fox’s margin in the ratings war will return as soon as Friday!

“I have to tell you, Elizabeth Warren is a persuasive speaker. She convinced me that things are so terrible in America right now that there’s no way we should reelect Obama.” -Rush Limbaugh
I’m expecting another big night for MSNBC. I admit it. I was wrong last week when I said that FNC would probably still get better numbers at the DNC.
But tonight, MSNBC viewers are hoping to see Chris “Tingles” Matthews actually light-up like a Christmas tree following Obama’s acceptance speech.
And, did I hear James Taylor sing…”I’ve seen Barry and I’ve seen Mitt. I’ve seen many spin doctors who are full of $#1t???”

Counter-Programming: Hmmm, this is interesting.
In broadcast prime-time TV land (small ‘l’), NBC is carrying the DNC beginning at NINE PM, instead of 10pm at CBS & ABC. CBS has a ‘live’ “Big Brother…and ABC has a ‘new’ “Rookie Blue.” CW has a ‘new’ “The Next,” but who watches CW anyhow?
So, unless it was pre-planned, ABC & CBS are looking to give The Peacock Network a smaller audience tonight with original fanfare. Do you think that at 10pm, these passive news viewers are going to switch channels at 10pm?
Can’t we all just get along without MSNBC?
>>>>> NO
sounds to me like their plan didnt work the way they wanted it to so now it is hurry up and downplay it all!!!!
Obama advisers don’t expect big bounce in polls
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — President Barack Obama will lay out his vision for a second term, even as advisers say they don’t anticipate a big bounce in the polls following the Democratic National Convention.
White House senior adviser David Plouffe (pluhf) tells ABC’s “Good Morning America” he expects the race to remain “tight as a tick” until Election Day.
Plouffe says Americans will have a clear sense of where Obama thinks the country should go after his speech Thursday night.
Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod says he was thrilled with former President Bill Clinton’s speech, which laid out the most forceful case so far for re-electing Obama.
Axelrod tells NBC’s “Today” he’s not worried about Clinton upstaging Obama. He says Clinton played the role Democrats wanted him to play.
@HRJ: >>> Can’t we all just get along without MSNBC? NO. <<<
LOL.
UGH. It really is a chore to skip past all of lbsles INSANE POSTS and to find those hidden posts by normal people like Mathew, Ralph, Ratboy, Jeff, HRJ, Dougz, Coffee and a few others. Makes me not even want to come here and read THOSE SANE peoples posts…..
Can’t we all just get along?

Thanks for calling me normal. Most think that mom dropped me when I was a baby. When I joined the Marine Corps mom and dad were convinced that I had been dropped then they blamed each other.
Other than being boring, why can’t CNN get it right. Where are they going wrong? I like the title…”America’s Choice”
CNN just showed the best part of the dem convention. The Foo Fighters, Wolf loved it who knew?
“Where are they going wrong?”

Hahahaha. The Righties are afraid to watch the other point of view. I watched the RNC every night, religiously. I wanted to see what they had to offer. Too bad Righties don’t have the same open mind. If so, Bill Clinton would have blown EVERY argument they have right out of the water. What a brilliant performance and what a tremendous argument he made in favor of the president.
@Suik … lbsles is a certified loony-tune. Thank God he is a Rightie. If he was on my side, I would squirm with every post he made. He’s an embarrassment. If he was on my side, I would reconsider every single position I took on every single issue, he’s that nuts.
And a couple of those folks you listed as “normal,” well……
Boss, I have heard obama for 3 1/2 years. He says the same thing over and over. Tough economy–Bush’s fault. I now have a visceral feeling in my gut when I hear his voice.
Hope you mom is doing better and that you are taking good care of yourself.
Reading Shadow Bosses. It’s a good read so far.
Night all!!
If the Dems want to win this election they have to play this 24/7. This is the party that puts politics and their hate to president Obama over country.
