Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and CNN's Democratiic National convention coverage tied as Tuesday's highest rated cable programs with both shows earning a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo was down from last week's 1.3.

I’m not saying Honey Boo Boo is a tasteful or classy show,and believe me i have taste, actually i find it flawed in many aspects. Of course it’s not a critically acclaimed masterpiece. But the truth is that regardless all of that, i find it very funny…
I think the whole “Honey Boo Boo” craze is due to the fact they are basically happy people. They actually laugh and enjoy their lives – unlike most of us who are still trying to put our lives together after the Great Recession. I think we take a bit of pleasure in watching people enjoying themselves, when we’re so collectively sad.

What’s a Honey Boo Boo?
I watched HONEY BOO BOO for the first time this week and I actually liked it. They are a close family who do things together. It DOESN’T have all the bickering and cussing and fighting that the other reality shows have which was a major plus for me. I’ll watch again next week for sure!
Some people act like people like the HONEY BOO family don’t exist. Newsflash, they do. You want us to pretend they dont? Not every family in America is beautiful, doing well financially, clean, etc. Get over yourselves and stop acting like the show is going to cause some kind of national decline. Too many drama queens in the world!
I really hope ‘The Exes’ gets renewed… So underrated!
Good to see Super Natural on the list again. for the second or third time this week.
I watched Honey Boo Boo last night,this show is really funny and it was nice to see how June is with her children. The episode I watched they made a water slide out of nothing, and had the time of their lives, they are happy and fun to watch, they don’t have alot , but what they do have is alot of love for each other….nice to see….
Royal Pains, is easy non stressful TV. Good looking actors, with a plot and some soap to it. Soothing to watch……
