    Coffee in a Cave

I took a two hour nap this afternoon and I feel fine. My legs ain’t what they once was either.

  • Ralph Hahn

@Papa: >>> MSNBC is so far to the right… >>> HUH???

@betty: It was explained by Tom Brokaw that he had mistakenly taken an Ambien, causing him to go dizzy and to the hospital. Or…he just got sick making yet another appearance on MSNBC, the bas-erd child of NBC News.

  • Ratboy

    @ Coffee in a Cave

Hey dude! You should be at your best in a cave! You are always in the dark anyway!! As for all the walking, you better keep looking back over your shoulder to make sure your wife is still there. She told me she was gonna get you walkin and then head the other way!!  Have a grat time but know that we miss ya around here! When you are gone we got nobody to blame for the farts!

  • Ralph Hahn

@betty >>> …72 yrs. and he wont leave the stage <<<

I'm sure that NBC News is pleased as punch to have Brokaw there, the most credible newsperson they have, Although Tom is retired.

  • Ratboy

@ Or…he just got sick making yet another appearance on MSNBC, the bas-erd child of NBC News.

He was on Hannity the night before so he was probably just DIZZY from being around all the truth!!!   (bet ya that puts some loons on the lake!!! )

  • Ralph Hahn

@Coffee in a Cave: I can just hear the late-Johnny Olson:

“From Cave City…The Fun & Sun Capital of the World…it’s the Coffee Steve Show! With the Ratboy Dancers. And, the d.d. dancers!”

    “And, away we go!”

  • Ralph Hahn

CORRECTION: It was supposed to be “Ratboy Spears & his Orchestra.”

Hahaha fox news came out the loser in prime-time the streak is over

I watched the Anger Management Marathon….I decided I’d rather listen to actors making jokes rather than jokes pretending they could act…

  • Ratboy

Do you think that the MSNBC viewers got sick to their stomachs on Wed with the drooling, slobbering, and humping over Clinton so they decided to watch CNN on Thursday to get at least a little reality???? Jus Askin

  • Stan T

Michael Moore sure tore into Obama….”he didn’t save detroit!” lol…he also said he didn’t save GM or chrystler…If he can’t even get Michael Moore on his side, Obama is in BIG trouble.

  • Mark

I don’t get republicans complaints on welfare. Obama gave rights to the States and they are botching. Aren’t the Republicans the party of States rights.

  • Ralph Hahn

Obama’s Speech: Oh…I would have loved it if Obama took to the podium last night and opened up, eyes glazed and said. “GOD! I wonder if they can feel the love in Jerusalem tonight?”

I noted the prayers at 4PM and when the convention last night adjourned by same NY Catholic Cardinal who led the GOP in prayer last week.

THe Dems were praying (that’s good), and singing. I guess the DNC forcibly removed the very loud ONE-THIRD of the delegates who voted against God and Israel on the first day of the convention.

  • Marco

Fox’s ratings are the same as they normally are. CNN and MSNBC triple and quadruple. Heh. Now the excuses come pouring in as to why.

  • Ralph Hahn

    @Mark: >>> …on welfare. Obama gave rights to the States… <<<

Wrong. Obama passed the blame and the buck to the States. Also, it was the U.S. Constitution which gave rights to the States, not his lordship Obama.

  • HRJ

Can’t we all just get along?

CNN did well. I swiched between MSNBC and FOX. MSNBC was better. Thumbs up for CNN.

  • Ratboy

Obama – He gives himself the “right” to do things. the only thing he gives states and everybody else is……………….BLAME!

  • Mark

The Republican welfare ads are complaining how Obama allowed 2 republican governors to overtake Welfare programs for their state. Why not complain about how those Republican governors are screwing the system?

  • TheBoss1

@Ralph … you wrote, “My theory is the people who normally watch the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX & NBC) still believe that CNN is still the only game in town when it comes to 24/7 news. They may have heard that MSNBC is liberal and FOX News is conservative and they believe that CNN is straight down the middle.”

You are totally correct in your analysis, sir, in my humble opinion.

I will add … MSNBC is liberal, FOX is conservative and CNN plays it straight down the middle (or at least tries). MSNBC doesn’t try; neither does FOX.

“THe Liars Club” used to be a quasi-game show featuring B-list celebrities last at night. Well, in Charlotte, the Dems had their own Liars’ Club, headed by Obama, Clinton and Biden.

Clinton is not the worst President ever, but he’s a compulsive liar. I think he hangs around the White House and The Capitol, sitting on a lawn, wearing a sign: “Will LIE for Food.” Obama is also a snake-oil salesman who lies to his own people. By that, I am not just referring to African-Americans. But, to all of his current supporters and those from 2008, ‘HOPING FOR CHANGE’, but they are pretty disappointed. That’s why he couldn’t fill Bank Of America’s 80,000 seat stadium. I don’t think Obama is evil. He’s just in way over his head. Hasn’t a clue as to what makes an economy run. I always believed, and still believe somewhat, that his relationship with Rahm Emmanuel was ‘The Tail Wags The Dog’.

Biden…well, he’ll read whatever is up there on the teleprompter.
