I like Cooper. How is Ed killing him in the ratings? What is it that drives the need to tune into Ed?
So MSDNC held a little bit for Ed and rachel on Friday but for the most part, the party is over!

I think MSNBC has done a better job over the past few years pandering itself to an audience then CNN. CNN as a whole is a station without any vision and it effects all it’s shows ratings
OMG!… Propaganda Minister Carney: Obama Was Committed to Debt Negotiations With GOP Leaders By Playing Golf and Sitting on a Patio.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fbq-faO7cKY&feature=player_embedded
MSNBC did okay. CNN right back in the tank. Tingles did alright. I saw his Obama special. He looked really excited at times. I have to say he was very tough on the President. I only counted 2 or 3 million compliments in the whole show. Tingles…the face of journalism today.
Things getting back to normal numbers wise, the polls will tighten, the debates will be done, and the sun will rise, and set, and the coffee will always brew
How far HLN has fallen! Nancy Grace used to have hundreds of thousands of viewers for her disgusting show, but eventually even the bottom tiers of the TV audience apparently became sated with her crap. There must be a missing blonde somewhere to revive her show.

I heard that it is gonne be the next gig for Debbie Whatchamacallit Schmultz. That way no one has to tell her to lie because with her it comes naturally!!!
Mark: c’mon…FOCUS! Proofread your comments before posting, and if you’re uncertain about the difference between “effects” and “affects”, or between “its” and it’s”, register at a Community College and take English as a second language or something.
THE BULLSH*T: Obama’s convention was a rousing success.
THE FACTS: Obama’s speech flopped and his delegates booed God and Israel.
Debbie Whatshername Schultzie wouldn’t be bad but Bagdad Bob is still my choice to tell us how well the country is doing.
Someone get Laurence a pill. He is having grammar attack.

He has bigger issues to worry about, namely fundraising, golfing and campaigning.
having a grammar attack. Sorry Laurence, take it easy go to your happy place.
They gained speed, performed a front flip, forward handspring and landed off-balance. This was the involuntary hop. On Monday, it’s back to basic training.

I am guessing to most who aren’t going to vote Obama, they will think his speech flopped, but I thought it was good(although not great). As for the God/Israel thing if the Republicans want to campaign on that(like Romney making an issue claiming that Obama wants to take “in God We trust” off coins(which is false since he never said it) because that is one of the “big” issues of the day) more power to them
@Mark
The Republicans used to be the fiscally conservative party who fought for the people(you could find many union sympathizers in the Republican party up until the 60s), while the Democrats used to be more of a Southern party.
Once the civil rights act passed the parties basically flipped. The Republicans developed a southern strategy that played heavily on peoples fear of minorities, while the Democrats basically opened their arms to everybody else. Sad thing was the Republican party which used to be the fiscally conservative people ceased to exist and both parties became big spenders. The Republicans basically gained a solid base the past 40 years pandering to Big Business and the Religious Right, all while acting like they still somehow fiscally conservative(which is a joke)
__________________________________________________________________________
Thanks for the history lesson,,but my only arguement was with this statement “On the flip side a good portion of Republican voters come from smaller towns where you have more of a group think(and believe that the values of a town that is 5000 people big should be applied to a city the size of 5 Million)” so that you could further argue your point that minorities in big cities aren’t voting Democrat because of entitlements,,but because they are the party that seem to be more open to people with diverse values..Then maybe you can explain why in 2008 when the minorities in California,,who came out in record numbers to vote for Pres. Obama,,also voted down the gay marriage amendment??I guess their open mindedness only went so far…Maybe you can back up your intial claim with some actual facts…
