Welcome back Coffee, hope you and your better half had a great trip.
Tenneable, I am never temped to watch ed. The only show I watch on msdnc is Morning Joe and when they have ads with ed schultz, I change the station as quickly as possible.
SP, I agree with your take on Michelle. Anyone what sat in rev. wright’s church for 20 years heard his vitriol and surely agreed with it or they wouldn’t have stayed with that church that long. They also would not have him baptize their children.
@Apple Stinx: >>> On Monday, it’s back to basic training. <<<
Yup. And I know O'Reilly begins his 17th or 18th season tonight. So, most of the regular anchors/show hosts' summer vacations are likely over. I still think that Fridays, at least in Prime Time, will continue to be atypical. So, I would suggest that anyone looking to make a point of who's beating whom, should not point out any Friday numbers as an example.
@Paul

I blame the Mormons for actively targeting the black community in the Prop 8 vote. lol
All that being said alot of minorities do have strong religious beliefs so I feel that had alot of sway into their voting down gay marriage. if you look the black community since then they are slowly swaying over to the pro gay rights side, so that is a good sign that they are willing to change with the times and a perfect example of how living in a diverse community can change your values more open to accept other peoples values and choices
For Sale – Pizza Shop – Fort Pierce, Fla., Make offer
Owner of the Florida pizza shop says people are boycotting his business because he bear-hugged Obama.
Owner begs – i like everybody..

Remember that guy that bear hugged the President? Don’t worry, the right are attacking his Yelp page!! Thank god the left are out there to counter attack the attacks and has gotten him to 5 stars. GREAT!
Of course Snap Tie and people like him don’t give a damn.
Suikostinger
The right has figured out how to attack by the lefts leading example..Paybacks a &itch
@Snap Tie
I am not sure what the Pizza Dude in Florida did that was so wrong. it’s not like he took a stance on either side of gay marriage. it would be like liberals getting mad at the Papa Johns guy for supporting Romney
@Snap Tie
Or that both should be held reliable for doing the same thing? Of course, we all know you are kind of out there and only think that the left are the evil doers because the conservative media/websites tel you….right? But, trying to bring down a company because he hugged the president? Seems reasonable.
@Mark
I’m waiting for the right in here to compare it to the Chik-Fil-A thing…too bad there is no comparison because the left hated that because of him donating money to charities that thought you could pray the gay way and hated gays…..people are attacking this man and his business just because he hugged the president…he didn’t even take a stance….heck….he’s even a Republican!
“For Sale – Pizza Shop – Fort Pierce, Fla., Make offer
Owner of the Florida pizza shop says people are boycotting his business because he bear-hugged Obama.”

If his business actually suffers as a result of that, then that’s just a pathetic statement about this nation, especially since he’s so involved in the local charity scene. I’d like to think that’s just a few delusional weirdos who need their whole world to be black and white.
I CAN’T EAT PIZZA UNLESS IT COMES FROM CONSERVATIVE OVENS
@Matthew
I am guessing all the free publicity will increase business, even if he loses a couple customers who might not like the fact he hugged the president. Let’s be honest here most people who claim they never will eat at his place probably live hundreds if not thousands miles away and never knew the place even existed
Big Apple Pizza owner Scott Van Duzer should have stayed off MSNBC, and NBC Nightly News. That’s why he’s being boycotted..His opinion,just like the owner of Chik-Fil-A
@Snap Tie
So hugging the President = having a stance on gay marriage? As I said his hugging the president is more like the Papa Johns guy, but even then Papa Johns dude had a fundraiser for Romney, so I would consider it even less of an issue then that
Chick Fli A has more than a stance on gay marriage, it actively donates money to anti-gay causes. That’s far beyond what either Papa Johns Guy or Small Business Guy do.
Get Harry Reid to pass a law and Let the Obama supporters use their SNAP Cards at his pizza parlor.
Boycotting is how capitalism works. Occupying his restaurant, spray painting graffiti on it, and threatening to kill the owner is how Obama’s communists work. Which would he prefer?
This is case number #1 on why this country is so split down the middle. With idiots that just don’t seem to care. I show you evidence of Snap Tie being a full on idiot!!!
Hahaha, “Obama’s communists.” Get freaking real.
If people want to boycott his restaurant because he Hugs Democrats, that’s fine, although I think it’s certainly different than boycotting a business because they’re gonna spend your money on causes that you don’t believe in. One of those boycotts follows a certain kind of logic, the other seems petulant and weird… par for the course in modern political discourse, though.
