    Then you have CTU president, Karen Lewis. I remember her in a video mocking Arnie Duncan , the United States Secretary of Education. She even derided his lisp. What a wonderful role model she is(insert sarcasm).

    This does not give them over there the right to act nuts either. Then again the whole world is in full nuts mode :-)

  • Kevin in NC

    Wow! Rachel Maddow beat Hannity in the demo. I love Dr. Maddow. She is the smartest political tv host by far.

  • Letmethink

    Coffee, my thoughts also. Pray for the people in the embassy.

  • Joe

    @Ralph

    You sure seem upset that Fox lots in two prime time hours in the important demo. While I know MSNBC is liberal, I really hope you know that Fox is very conservative.

  • toby

    Holy smokes!! Rachel, Lawrence and Ed smoked FNC primetime. Rachel decisively smacked down on Hannity, ouch!!!

  • Sam

    Put Mathews only @ 7pm and he’ll take down Fox News too, Even O’Reilly seems to be chased by MSNBC’s surge.

  • Ratboy

    Sure wouldnt want to mis a fund raiser or another campaign speech now would he??? Come on lefties defend this one!

    Obama Schedule Won’t Allow Meeting With Netanyahu, U.S. Says

    Barack Obama and Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in the midst of a public disagreement about how to stop Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, won’t meet in person when the Israeli leader comes to the U.S. later this month, a White House official said.

    National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor labeled as inaccurate reports in the Israeli press that Obama refused to meet with Netanyahu during the opening session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

    “They’re simply not in the city at the same time,” Vietor said in an e-mailed response to questions.

  • Ratboy

    @ Put Mathews only @ 7pm and he’ll take down Fox News too,

    Put Matthews out to pasture and then the may have a chance to gain some numbers!

    You’re absolutely right. Where was the tolerance that they expect of us ?

    Plus, the United States gives $1.3 billion to Egypt’s military each year and offers the nation other aid.

  • Ralph Hahn

    @Lance: >>> People seem to forget that MSNBC was competitive with FNC in the demo in the months before the election back in 2008 <<<

    During the 1970s, there was a Neil Diamond-composed song called "You Don't Bring Me Flowers." He and Barbra Streisand did a duet and the song went to either #1 or #2.

    A pertinent line of the show "Use-to-be's don't count anymore,they just lay on the floor 'til we sweep them away." In other words, this 'ain't' 2008.

    MSNBC will have its nights, but FNC, by all accounts this year, keep gaining viewers or at least have a greater percentage of them and I believe that trend will continue.

  • Hoppy

    Pat Quinn and Rahm Emanuel must be wondering what the hell they did to deserve the current situation in Chicago.

  • Coffee Steve

    judging from some of the background reporter chatter, there is a growing concern the protesters may try and get into the Compound (Egypt)

  • Ralph Hahn

    @Joe: >>> “… I really hope you know that Fox is very conservative. <<<

    NO!!!! You're kidding! Thanks for the bulletin, Joe.

    Here's one for you: I'll bet that Fox employs more Democrat analysts than MSNBC does.

  • Sam

    @Ratboy,

    look Mathews made +2 in one day. Put that sleazy cars salesman Hannity at any spot but after O’Reilly and lets see how good he’ll do. Even with the O’Reilly bump he still failed to beat Meadow.

  • Coffee Steve

    @Hoppy
    HI YA HOPPY!!

    Pat Quinn and Rahm Emanuel must be wondering what the hell they did to deserve the current situation in Chicago.

    Its called paying to much for non quality teachers and way over reaching benefits :-)
