WOW! I didn’t watch, but I am a big ID fan and love soap stars. I’ll watch the repeat. Saturday night is family time, I know my husband and kids would not be into this.

I hope the series can grow but the pessimist I am I fear the ratings will drop; Susan didn’t do much promo work this week it appears but I could be wrong.

I don’t know the recent ratings but Susan Lucci does a good job at this “role”; it is sort of Erica Kanish but I am sure that is what ID wanted. She makes it fun; not the normal someone trying to make it all academic (and you aren’t sure whether to beleive them or not. One thing is to have Diane Sawyer or Tom Brokaw but news and entertainment have crossed the line. Sometime some of those hosts are don’t have a lot of “cred” – at least ID did it right it’s real but they don’t try to make it the opera when it is tabloid! Good job

Are you kidding me? I’ watched Lucci on all my children as a kid and she was horrible then. How she has kept working I will never know. Making a real life tragedy ( yes Jedi these are true murder cases and in the news) into High Camp is beyond offensive. Her over acting and horrible tasteless puns makes it unwatchable for me. I’m embarrassed for her and the shows producers. This and god awful reality shows about un talented kids doing pagaents passes as entertainment for zombie America I suppose. But, wow, just wow.

Deadly Affairs is fast moving because it has 2 stories instead of 1 dragged out to an hour. But most of all Susan Lucci is the best part, we really enjoy her campy remarks and she still looks great.
