Hey Rob. You post just like DB. Multiple sentences where there is no space after the period. Hi DB!!!
when you cannot defend your liberal president you attack the structure and writing of a sentence.
Papa,
I think the lead is within the margin of error and well you know the history of polls………
I think it is too soon to predict a bounce for President Obama from the current situation in the Middle East as all has not been revealed. People do tend to rally around the President in times like these. My guess is that the polls stay flat for the next week barring another dramatic event.
@DougZ
Oh yeah, I forgot I can’t do that, even AFTER he called me an idiot. Sorry Doug!!!
Doug Z. as I get older I have become more sensitive about wasting time since I have less and less of it. Trying to have an intelligent discussion with suiko, as many have learned on this site, is impossible because his IQ is similar to Biden’s. Therefore, discussions with him are a waste of time. Jeffie and Boss won’t respond to questions except to call names and show us how many four letter words they know. Again, intelligent discussion is impossible so a waste of time. I don’t pay much attention to them anymore.
@Ninja
“and have war ships on the way.”
Care to source that?
DB comes out! He’s like Beetlejuice, say his name 3 times and POOF! He’s there!

US moving Navy destroyers off coast of Libya
CNN
Two US Navy warships are moving towards the coast of Libya, two US officials tell CNN. The destroyers are the USS Laboon and the USS McFaul. Both ships are equipped with tomahawk missiles that could be used if a strike was ordered
And
administration official said Wednesday that the Defense Department “was ready to respond with military measures as directed by the president.”

Ambassador Stevens killed at site with no Marines
Politico
The consulate where the American ambassador to Libya was killed on Tuesday is an “interim facility” not protected by the contingent of Marines that safeguards embassies, POLITICO has learned.
It had no bulletproof glass, reinforced doors or other features common to embassies

In all seriousness I don’t understand Governor Romney’s criticism of the administration as apologists in response to the violence.
Didn’t the apology (administration generated or embassy generated or both) come before the violence? If this is the case (right or wrong though the apology may be to some), how can Governor Romney’s statement: “”I’m outraged by the attacks on American diplomatic missions in Libya and Egypt and by the death of an American consulate worker in Benghazi. It’s disgraceful that the Obama Administration’s first response was not to condemn attacks on our diplomatic missions, but to sympathize with those who waged the attacks.” factually wrong?
Am I correct that we have a reverse chicken egg scenario of some sort?
US ships Shep fox news.
Thanks DD
An actual obama quote:
“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
The quote comes from page 261 of the paperback edition of “The Audacity of Hope”.

I did not know that Rob called you an idiot.
Nobody should call anybody uneducated bad names.
Thanks Ninja
Sending the ships there seems prudent as does the drone flights. It is difficult to criticize the President for that it seems. I think the Romney campaign does so at its own peril at this point. They should be using surrogates for this NOT the candidate!!!!!
Yep lets give him 4 more!! Lets not forget that with all thats going on he feels it is important that he go to Vegas, schedule a visit to his advisor David Letterman, and schedule a big Hollywood fundraiser next Tuesday! YEP, DEFINATLY 4 MORE YEARS!!
US median income lowest since 1995
The median income of American households dropped to its lowest level since 1995 last year, extending its decline during President Barack Obama’s tenure and highlighting the depth of the damage to the middle class inflicted by the recession and weak recovery.
According to annual data from the Census Bureau, median income adjusted for inflation – a closely watched measure of the financial health of average Americans – fell to $50,054 in 2011, or 1.5 per cent below its 2010 level and 4.1 per cent below its score when Mr Obama took office in 2009.
LAMBRO: Obama on track to have worst job record since World War II
August’s abysmally weak job growth proved yet again that President Obama’s economic policies are a miserable failure that will continue to undermine our country until he leaves office.
The government’s report that the economy added just a minuscule 96,000 jobs last month came at the end of the Democrats’ defensive national convention, where the president, Bill Clinton and other party luminaries made extravagant claims that things will get better if Mr. Obama is re-elected to a second term.
But analysts at the Federal Reserve Board, economists and business leaders say Mr. Obama’s declining economy is not going to get significantly better this year, next year or the year after that, until there are dramatic changes in the nation’s fiscal policies. Changes Obama Democrats refuse to make.
The deepening weaknesses in the employment picture also were underscored by revisions in the June and July job numbers, which found 41,000 fewer jobs were created than was reported previously.

Everybody needs to calm down for this is all about having fun. Of course we disagree. It’s more fun to have a debate with somebody you disagree with. That is why I rarely say much except for jokes to coffee Steve.
Everybody does not need to get along. We just need to have fun while not getting along
@Lee
try using the complete quote.
“Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific assurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”
Just one more law broke by Obama and/or his administration!!
Investigators: Sebelius Illegally Campaigned on Taxpayer’s Dime
Independent federal legal officials have concluded that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius violated federal law by conducting political activity “in an official capacity,” according to a statement released on Wednesday.
“Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made extemporaneous partisan remarks in a speech delivered in her official capacity on February 25, 2012,” the news release from the U.S. Office of Special Council states.
The Hatch Act prohibits federal employees from using their official authority or influence to affect the outcome of an election. A federal employee is permitted to make partisan remarks when speaking in their personal capacity, but not when using their official title or when speaking about agency business.
After the event, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reclassified the trip from official to political and issued a statement to that effect. Secretary Sebelius and HHS reimbursed the U.S. Treasury for all costs and expenses associated with her travel to the event. OSC found no evidence that Secretary Sebelius made any other political statements in her official capacity.
The Obama administration’s decision to allow cabinet secretaries such as Sebelius to speak at events sponsored by large Democratic electioneering groups has raised other Hatch Act concerns.

Yeah, I know. You are blind to those types of things, just like the rest of the people in here. Him calling me an idiot was only 2 posts before mine……It’s OK, it’s understandable. It’s par for the course in here.
