Moodys is scheduled to meet on November 7th

I know. The Financial Tmes just said:

Moody’s has threatened to downgrade America’s prized triple A credit rating if Congress fails to reach a deficit reduction deal, raising the stakes in the fiscal debate that lies at the heart of the November election.

Looks like the kids are going back to school in Chicago Monday.

Well, I’m going to try to pry myself away from here.

The Journalists for Obama are working overtime to get Obama back behind the wheel, but right now he refuses to come out of the trunk.

    “a movie that mocked Christ”

There have been many of them, mattfitz.

The most incomprehensible part of all of this is how something so poorly made could have such a large effect. I really don’t believe it was the cause of the embassy and consulate protests, which are more likely anniversary celebrations of 9/11, but it does have the entire world arguing about it.

The Last Temptation of Christ starring William Defoe. Christ is portrayed as a bumbling fool. I don’t remember any riots?

So the only reason we are this bad is that the rest of the world is still worse! Now isnt that a comfort!

Egan-Jones Analyst Hints At US Rating Downgrade Post QE3

–QE3 To Lead To higher Unemployment, Stall US Growth Within Months
–’We Are Not Receiving QE3 Positively’

    By Yali N’Diaye

WASHINGTON (MNI) – The latest round of quantitative easing
announced Thursday by the Federal Reserve will almost certainly trigger
    a rating downgrade by Egan-Jones.

Already the rating agency had warned on Wednesday when it affirmed
the U.S. rating at AA that “QE3 will likely trigger a negative action.”

Given that the outlook is already negative (AA-), a downgrade to
AA- would be a logical next step for the rating agency.

“We are not receiving QE3 positively,” Vice President and
co-manager of the ratings’ desk Bill Hassiepen told MNI Thursday, while
the fiscal situation is a “nightmare.”

While the Fed is seeking to support economic growth through its
quantitative easing, Hassiepen argued that the central bank’s “massive
monetization” is instead causing “sluggish to stagnant economic growth.”

In fact, he expects growth to become stagnant within six months as
a result of the Fed’s policy.

The reason the country does not have a weaker rating, he said, is
that it remains “the only viable reserve currency in the world.”

This is going around Facebook with a picture of a smiling and waving Bush

When I left office, unemployment was 4.7%, gas cost $2.26 a gallon and 17 million Americans were on food stamps. Almost 4 years later under Obama, unemployment is at a record 8.3%, gas costs $4.00 a gallon and 43 million Americans are on food stamps. Click “LIKE” and “SHARE” if you miss me yet?

In terms of Christians going to extremes. How about the ones that kill abrtion doctors? How about those ones that think God Hates (derogatory words for gay males) that feel the need to spread their message wherever they can? That is an example of religious extremists and how they are everywhere

  • Hillbilly

Seven FNC shows made the list. One MSNBC show & no CNN show. Poor CNN. :???:

*Bill O number 1 show on cable in total viewers. 4.121
**Honey Boo Boo number 1 in the demo. 1.1

When Bush Left Office in Jan 2009 the unemployment rate was 7.8% and dropping quickly. This Idea that Obama should have stepped in and the rate instantly change for the good the next day is idiotic.

  • Anthony Parello (AP076)

I don’t think anybody around here supports them or would post their stuff here. Posting something like the Westboro Baptist Church would be hateful and again inappropriate for this site.

  • Hillbilly

Yea update the article several times until you get it right.

In an interview that aired Friday morning, Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney told “Good Morning America” that the definition of middle income in America is “$200,000 to $250,000 or less.

    Read more here.

Early versions of an Associated Press article stated: “The Republican presidential nominee defined [“middle income”] as income of $200,000 to $250,000 a year,” an assertion some newspapers put in the headline. A later version of the same article, however, include the “or less” wording. It is common for AP stories to be updated several times.

    @Anthony Parello (AP076)

I am just giving an example that every religion has it’s example of extreme idiots(that aren’t an example of the bigger collective), christianity is no different
