Yes, hadn’t seen it before that I remember. My memory isn’t as good as it was in the past so may have forgotten. It seems strange that in a similar situation–The Iranian hostage debacle Carter used the same words referring to Reagan.
I see a lot hasn’t changed on here. Looks like Jeff still posting under different names to praise himself,then a few min’s later posting thanking them. Rare Spider Shuts Down $15M Construction Project
Spider found at Texas site shuts down $15M project; officials mull ways to continue without disrupting its habitat
The spider, identified as a Braken Bat Cave Meshweaver, is an endangered, non-venomous species that lives in caves, has no eyes and is virtually translucent. Josh Donat, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Transportation, said the recent discovery is only the second time the species has been spotted in more than 30 years.

Exclusive: America ‘was warned of embassy attack but did nothing’
The killings of the US ambassador to Libya and three of his staff were likely to have been the result of a serious and continuing security breach, The Independent can reveal.
The US administration is now facing a crisis in Libya. Sensitive documents have gone missing from the consulate in Benghazi and the supposedly secret location of the “safe house” in the city, where the staff had retreated, came under sustained mortar attack. Other such refuges across the country are no longer deemed “safe”.
Some of the missing papers from the consulate are said to list names of Libyans who are working with Americans, putting them potentially at risk from extremist groups, while some of the other documents are said to relate to oil contracts.
According to senior diplomatic sources, the US State Department had credible information 48 hours before mobs charged the consulate in Benghazi, and the embassy in Cairo, that American missions may be targeted, but no warnings were given for diplomats to go on high alert and “lockdown”, under which movement is severely restricted.

If I had an ounce of respect for the press, it is gone now as well. This story should be front page on every paper in America. This is disgraceful and incompetence at the highest level. Romney needs to wake up and hold a presser again, and this time, after he makes his statement, walk off.

- Pres Obama sent 2 warships and marines forces and already going after the perpetrators of the embassies attacks, what is so apologetic and weak about that ?
- Obama’s response to the Arab Spring would have been the same even if a Republican was in the House because it was clear that our allies the dictators were going down , we had to be in the side of the powerful force which was at the time very generic ” The People ” and hope for the best outcome.
- As to Libya, Ghaddafi was about to commit genocide by killing hundreds of thousands in Benghazi, ANY president would have moved just like Obama to stop that. And I bet you my whole bank account if the genocide happened and Obama didn’t move to stop it, both Romney and MCcain would cry and moan on TV about how Obama let our enemy who blew up the planes to get away with a genocide…etc

That is exactly what Romney should do.
If we had 48 hours warning and did nothing I can’t wait for the left and the press to blame Romney. If it is true this is a level of incompetence that rises to the level of impeachment. This is the most important function of the commander in chief and the fact this one is obviously not paying attention to his job is an impeachable offense. I agree with Coffee, if this doesn’t get top coverage from the press we are not a free country any longer. Only ideological cement heads can over look this.
