No Nolan POV? Very disappointed. I thought he’d be a natural choice. And why have Emily, isn’t the actual show her POV anyway?

Know the best way to catch up as well? Netflix. Revenge is on freakin Netflix. Been marathoning for the past 4 days. Hopefully all this helps Revenge come back in a big way in a few weeks!

Plus ABC has put Revenge and Once Upon a Time recap episodes during premiere week!

Revenge Recap Wednesday 26th at 10.
Once Upon a Time Recap Sunday 30th at 7.

I hate Nolan. He and Ashley are played by terrible actors.

REVENGE has awsome writing and directing and some of the cast are very talented.

However, these two aren’t. They need to increase the talented/not talented ratio in the cast.

I love the Lydia/Victoria/Conrad Grayson (very parallel of the Krystle/Alexis/Blake Carrington) dynamic and I wish Lydia would still be on the show.

Well, good to know that ABC is trying to wake everyone up before the premiere. I’ll take a look at these.

Gabriel Mann has been acting since 1995 at least according to the IMDB. If you compare his roles as the bit character Danny Zorn in the Bourne movies with his current role, you can see more of his acting range. He’s a character actor and he does his job.

Ashley Madekwe can’t be that bad either. She’s worked since 1999, except for a four year layoff between 2002 and 2006. It helps that she’s pretty hot, too. :-)

The actors are adequate for what the roles require, since those roles are mostly one-dimensional side characters. Besides, it’s hard to compete with an old pro like Madeleine Stowe. I’d say just about everyone on the show has been giving adequately believable performances. You can’t expect Emmy-quality acting from everyone on a show.

The Perspectives are short 6-7 minute nice recap clips with voice over. Only the ones with Emily and Daniel are up at the moment. The best one is Emily’s.

    Thanks for the link.

For a show of Revenge’s quality, you’d expect Emmy-quality acting from everyone on the show. Look at Lost, The Good Wife, or even Grey’s Anatomy.

Good acting is the minimal requirment for a good show, let alone a great one.

Personally, I think Revenge has it all. It has the writing, it has the creativity, it has everything that makes a fantastic quality produced show – including the acting. That’s one thing this show has no issues with from a majority of the fan base and TV critics.
