Shark Tank was adjusted up a tenth while America's Next Top Model was adjusted down a tenth among adults 18-49 versus Friday's preliminary ratings.

So not terrible, but not anything to be happy about, and again this was its best outing versus multiple rerun programming, what happens when Fall really starts?
^ NBC isn’t premiering their comedies until Oct 19 (which are both flops waiting to die). Only CSI NY remains and I doubt there’s much audience crossover there with that and ANTM.

Nikita dont equal SPN and VD. VD got a 0.4 and SPN got a 0.3 this week. I dont want to start a battle but it dont equal those two.

That’s why i don’t say it’s a bad performance for Top Model, but it isn’t good, ie higher level of retention versus 5 other programs the CW has moved to Friday. And until the full season starts even harder to make real judgment values. The one plus is that it did hold its gain from lasts weeks original versus the rest of the networks cancer special.

Yes it would be exceedingly easy to be more insulting. I could personally attack, I could name call, I could through judgment about a shows quality. All are very. ASIC examples that occur on this sites forums that I truly strive to avoid.
The idea that my use of statistical data is insulting to you, is rather shocking as this site isnt about are personal feelings good or bad about shows we love or even love to hate ( or anything between the two). It’s about their performance from ratings data.
I was curious about this. Still very good for Top Model I think, it really is exceeding expectations. Also very good for Shark Tank, why ABC doesn’t premiere the comedies (which btw should be in a reverse order) at 9pm is behind me!
ABC should really rethink that.
Its annoying that Top Model keeps being adjusted down. Can you guys calculate the show’s ratings more better on Fridays so this won’t happen. It gets people’s hopes up for nothing.

Bill and Robert have no control over the numbers. But there isn’t an error in the calculations. Preliminaries and finals are calculated differently. Overnights tell how many people are watching a given channel at a given time, which means they include all the viewer watching sports that pre-empted regular programing. The final numbers tell how many people watched a specific show. The finals are more accurate but take longer to calculate so people use the preliminary numbers in the meantime.
