Which New Fall Broadcast TV Show Will Be Canceled First? (Poll)

Update October 10, 2012: Though it came in a distant sixth, Made in Jersey was first to be cancelled.

The cancellation bear has awoken after his summer hibernation and he's hungry.

The new broadcast primetime shows have already begun premiering, so it's  time to throw your hat in the ring and guess which new broadcast primetime show you think will be caught by the cancellation bear and canceled first!

Because comment thread lawyers are everywhere, let's be clear that for the purposes of this poll "canceled" means removed from its initially scheduled timeslot, either off the air entirely or rescheduled to a burn off timeslot, even if the network *claims* the show will return later (two seasons ago those who answered The Whole Truth in the "next to be canceled" poll ended up being correct, it was removed first among the shows noted and never returned, despite initial ABC claims to the contrary).

What's your guess?

While this poll allows just one answer per person, feel free to expand your choices in the comments.

9/19 Update: You can also guess which new show will be given a full season order first.

I want it to be ‘the new normal’

But Animal Practice is worse by far – and that’s saying alot.

  • UKD

I voted for The Mob Doctor. I have heard literally nothing about this show, I haven’t seen one preview and the name sounds awful.

  • Kenny

Mob Doctor..and that CW show Emily Owens MD is really close but i`m going with Mob Doctor it just looks bad. and Made in Jersey looks TERRIBLE also…looks like reruns of Big Bang Theory on TBS for me…LOL

  • Colin

The Neighbors, it so terrible to watch the promos.

  • SmG

Voted for Ben and Kate. Guys with Kids and The Neighbors may also be easy bait for the bear :)

  • s0303

i think a ton of these shows will not make season 2, but i voted partners…cbs has such high standards and will yank partners quickly when it doesn’t meet them :)

  • Ralph Hahn

666 Park Avenue. Too much evil in the world already. :-/

  • Holly

I’m torn between Mob Doctor and Partners. I gave the edge to Mob Doctor just because it premieres a week earlier.

  • luisl

The Neighbors or Guy with Kids

  • Connman

I’d like it to be top three, as there are so many worthy of cancellation. The first may well end up being decided by which premieres first. The New Normal is my choice to be buried, though, aside from premiere date (which I don’t know as I will not watch it!)

  • Johnny G

I saw Revolution and was very excited for the show. However, I thought it was terrible. Acting and production reminded me of old-school Herculese and Xena. If you’ve seen those shows, you know what I mean.

  • Mike Geary

I think “The Mindy Project.” That’s just a terrible name for a show.

  • Bonnie

    So many choices to pick.
I’ll go with Malibu Country… It looks terrible! as do Animal Practice, Partners, Guys With Kids and The Neighbors.
Sorry, but I’m not a big fan of the sitcoms this year.

“I can’t believe Once Upon a Time was voted as second most likely to be cancelled first and now it was one of the highest rated dramas last season lol!”

No one believed the show was going to be a hit. Not even the producers of the show.

  • Concerned Citizen

It’ll be either Guys With Kids or The Neighbors, I’m thinking. I could see Animal Practice surviving a wee bit longer, but it might well be the third one.

  • hardline_pro

Revolution will flop just like every other NBC show that they have tried to start on Monday.

  • iggy

ABC has lots of Charlie Brown specials on the bench, so it was a toss-up between Last Resort and The Neighbors.

  • psychic

I’d surely vote for Made in Jersey. As well as looking the worst of all of them, it seems to lack substance or anything that would make people keep watching.

  • Rich

I feel it will be REVOLUTION – I like the premise, however, not sure if I like the way the show is shot.

  • J.G.

The Mob Doctor; in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if it got pulled before the month’s through…
