TELEVISION YEAR-TO-DATE, THE “CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY” IS THE ONLY NETWORK EVENING NEWS BROADCAST TO POST RATINGS INCREASES, UP +5% IN HOUSEHOLDS, +3% IN VIEWERS AND +7% IN ADULTS 25-54
The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY posted year-to-year ratings gains among households (+3%, 4.0/08 from 3.9/08) for the week ending Sept. 14, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings.
Television year-to-date, the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY is the only network evening news broadcast to post ratings increases among households (+5%, 4.1/08 from 3.9/08), viewers (+3%, 6.03m from 5.86m) and adults 25-54 (+7%, 1.5/05 from 1.4/05) compared to last year.
