For four years we have been saying Obama wanted to redistribute wealth through the government and the left called us loons. Now we have the Messiah in his own words.

Report faults 18 officials for Fast and Furious fiasco
CBS Evening News
(CBS News) Two high-ranking officials at the Justice Department are out Wednesday, after an investigation of a botched gun case codenamed Fast and Furious. Agents of the ATF — the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms — watched as guns purchased in Arizona were smuggled into Mexico. They
Overall, investigators say their review “revealed a series of misguided strategies, tactics, errors in judgment and management failures.”
The inspector general said there was no evidence that Attorney General Eric Holder knew about the gun-running operation, but it does fault three of Holder’s deputies.
I don’t think the Obama Administration has anything to be proud of here.

Fmr. agent warned ATF about “gunwalking”
CBS
Former attaché for ATF in Mexico City Darren Gail told CBS News’ Sharyl Attkisson that he made numerous inquiries to the ATF about “gunwalking” into Mexico but was ignored.

An Open Letter to the United States of America
Some unsolicited thoughts from an Egyptian revolutionary.
Foreign Policy
For most Egyptians, this whole video thing didn’t affect us at all.
As an Egyptian, the most fascinating aspect of all of this has to be our effect on the American elections, and how we suddenly became an important campaign issue in the snoozefest that is Obama vs. Romney. Isn’t it crazy that Obama — he of the message of peace and understanding with the Muslim world — must now contend with Islamist rage fueled by those whom he — and a million thinkers, analysts, and pundits – has referred to as a moderate Islamic group, the Muslim Brotherhood.
That’s the same moderate Islamic group that actually called for and facilitated the protests at the U.S. Embassy on the anniversary of 9/11, all while pretending to have nothing to do with it to the English-speaking world. The same moderate Islamic group that now controls nearly all aspects of the Egyptian government, and the source of his current dilemma.
How is it that, in just four years, Obama went being from the American president who called in Cairo for a new beginning with Muslims to the target of hostile chants by religious extremists storming U.S. embassies across the Islamic world (“Obama, Obama, we are all Osama”).
. Sure, it is safe to say that with Islamists in power, child brides of 9 years old are nothing but a taste of the horror we are bound to see over the coming years. But, hey: At least we’re still making headlines, and maybe we’re even going to overthrow YOUR leader this year. And surely that counts for something.

Rats_____It’s changed my mind, I don’t want a prez that tells the truth, I just want him to be politically correct.
@ Gabriel ,
“They’re great as long as you’re not drawing a picture called “the prophet” on a piece of paper. That’s an offense worthy of decapitation.”
As a person who have been to the Muslim world, I believe that they let the crazies over there to get loudest voice. The crazies are generally rewarded unfortunately even in our culture; crazies like Beck, Rush and Pat Robertson who get millions of followers are also motivating the radicals here as well. In the Muslim world a lot of the most famous “celebrities” in TV are radical clerics.
Rave on, MSNBC!
The 47% is rising up!

A great big, YEP!!
So true!
@PoodlePower … you wrote, “Wow. 2 days in a row of good numbers for MSNBC. Congrats to MSNBC fans.”
I’m not sure, but I think you’re conservative. If so, I am very impressed with your classy post. It’s very magnanimous of you.
You did something that most Righties don’t understand … you can attract more with honey than vinegar.
You’re first-class, PoodlePower.
