Real Housewives of New Jersey won the night with a 1.6 rating, up from last week's 1.2 adults 18-49 rating. NFL Countdown on ESPN came in second, earning a 1.1 18-49 rating.

BBC America should be pleased with Doctor Who, as its ratings have increased 24% from last year:
S6 — Ep. 1: 1.268 million, Ep. 4: 0.719 million; 4 ep. average: 0.937 million
S7 — Ep. 1: 1.555 million, Ep. 4: 1.000 million; 4 ep. average: 1.166 million
A big concern, unless its timeshift/On Demand ratings are increasing, is the 44% drop in viewers for Copper from episode 1 (1.107 million) to episode 6 (0.624 million). These numbers are still higher than what Dramaville usually posted last year (shows like Luther, The Hour and Whitechapel averages 0.2-0.3 million), but are they enough for a show fully produced by BBC America to warrent renewal?
You seriously need a new RHONJ picture; this one has to be from the first season.
How To Rock?
Massive numbers for RHONJ! They might be able to break the Atlanta record next week!
Thanks @Nick for posting those additional shows. I was looking for Copper on BBC America as well. Episode 1 aired late August and I’ve dvr’d each episode since and sat down to watch the debut episode this weekend.
I never watched anything on BBCA before and I enjoyed Copper a lot. I was thinking “NYPD Blue meets Civil War era NYC.” It’s different. Hopefully it will last though after an impressive round of initial strong media and publicity, I’ve haven’t seen much after the debut.
@Nick, do you have the ratings for Big Time Rush and How to Rock, which both aired on Nick Saturday.

@Nick Thanks. What about How to Rock at 9pm on Saturday?

Just saw the preview for RHONJ Reunion, definitely over 4mil next week
Well, Gotta See Saturdays is doing alright. Good for Victorious, OK for BTR, and awful for HTR. Victorious and Good Luck Charlie are so even. Good for Robot and Monster. 2.7 isn’t that much, but it’s really making weekly gains. Would hit 3 million if it was promoted, though. Adults are really into that show, .6 in the demo, Wow.
Very bad for HTR. Off almost 30% from its lead in. Nick did the right thing to cancel it.
Wow, Food Truck Race is getting very impressive ratings.
Nickelodeon needs to take HTR off their lineup, It’s honestly, a waste. Replace it with an iCarly repeat or maybe a You gotta see this new episode?
Victorious is also the HIGHEST RATED SHOW of the weekend for all of Nick & Disney. (Dan Tweeted it, Nickelodeon retweeted it) It was also #1 on itunes. Hope we can keep that momentum Nick buddies.
@UKTVFan — regarding Doctor Who’s year-ago ratings, is that the first half of S6 (spring 2012) or the second half (September-ish 2012)? Thanks for the info, that’s good to see.
That decline for Copper is concerning. If it levels off, that’ll still be good, I think. Even if not, I suspect they will declare victory, renew it, press forward, and hope it sells well on DVD!
@Nick
Thanks very much as always, Nick!!!
I am glad this season of the RHONJ is over. It has been painful to watch with Teresa’s behavior and never taking responsibility for anything and I don’t like to see them all fighting every episode. They all used to be so close and it is a shame it has come to this. I may not even watch next season if this keeps up. Bring on Atlanta and Beverly Hills! I have also been enjoying Miami and NYC too.
I havent seen numbers like that from Nickelodeon in a while. Well done!!!
The real competition begins now.
Lets just leave Ant Farm out of this equation, I really dont understand why the show is getting such terrible ratings.
Ike, those ratings are for the actual first four episodes of S6 from Spring 2011. The fall episodes ranged from about 0.580-0.800 million. Hopefully Who can maintain 1 million viewers (or so) when the second part of S7 airs early next year.
It would be nice if Copper leveled off soon. I watch every Monday On Demand, the full one-hour episode with all commercials that cannot be skipped, so maybe enough people are doing that to add to the Sunday night ratings!
Not sure why there is concern over dips in Sunday’s evening cable shows like Copper and HoW – that was Emmy night – there’s no way these shows would not have dropped a tad.
I’m going to stop wishing for its demise because it’s clear Hell on Wheels will be renewed. The numbers are sufficient for AMC. Also, Mount tweeted that he asked AMC to send HoW to NY comic-con next year. He wouldn’t have asked if he didn’t already know Season 3 was in the bag.
