Guess the Ratings: 'Made in Jersey'

Friday is generally a quiet night on television, unless you are a genre fan (Grimm & Fringe have carved out a nice niche on Fridays) but now the legal drama genre is looking to get in on the action. Made in Jersey has received some seriously negative reviews thus far, but as we've seen with The Neighbors premiere, negative buzz does not always equal bad ratings. So what do you think? Can a legal drama survive on a Friday? Cast your vote and let us know why in the comments!

1.0, will beat Fringe by a lot

  • CrimTV

If it got a 1.0, I would expect Fringe to beat it, now that Fringe is in it’s final season the audience from last season will probably stick around for one final 13 episode season!

    Somewhere in the 1.1-1.4 region.

Gonna check it out even if it’s not going to be anywhere near as good as TGW.

A Gifted Man got 1.4 at 8pm in its premiere so my guess Made In Jersey will do a bit better about 1.5-1.6 (1.5-1.9 in the poll).

  • MissJo

1.1 – 1.4. I predict MIJ ratings will be around what A Gifted Man got last year.

I’m probably being overly optimistic, but after that wannabe Ghost Whisperer show is could be a welcome change. I’ll go with at 2.4 neighborhood.

I’m guessing on the lower side of 1.1-1.4 since it has no buzz. It looks like a knockoff of USA’s other legal drama Fairly Legal also seen on Fridays. Sandwiching it between CSY:NY & BB won’t save it & I think viewers will sooner check out Grimm & Fringe.

  • Anthony

I would say 1.2 since it is sandwiched between CSI:NY and Blue Bloods. It will still be cancelled though.

  • John A

1.3 it will have weak lead in.

  • BJ

    1.2, < 8 million viewers.

  • Bob Keller

Look for this puppy to join The Mob Doctor in the race for first cancellation of the season.

Is Ghost Whisper or Medium on cable so I can watch it instead of MIJ

I would suggest to ABC that if LR does well on Friday, keep it on Fri.

No clue what it will be but I’m a little sick of having to skip its ad on the website. Every time I reload, I have to do that.I’ll be happy when it just premieres already. Wish it the best of luck though.

CSI: NY will move back to the 9/8 slot before Nov sweeps.

  • DW

looks like a feel good goofy type show.1.9-2.0
