Oh dear oh dear, that is a very bad rating for Fringe. FOX shouldn’t be renewing unpopular shows like this, they should be giving new shows a chance. I bet any other show in that timeslot would get more viewers!!
So down vs. last year, but up vs. the finale, so not too bad at all…

Arguing about Fringe’s ratings now is stupid, silly and does not lead anywhere just be quiet and enjoy the last season.
I don’t think it actually matters much. It would be nice to see it up of course, but at this point (and even though I like Fringe more than Grimm), Grimm needs the ratings much more than Fringe, so I don’t mind that Grimm’s ratings go up at the expense of Fringe.

Saw your comments on SpoilerTV just now lol! They claimed Fringe had a 1.3 which is obviously not true but said Grimm had a 2.0, let’s just wait and see but if that’s correct that’s great for NBC!
