Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

The Mentalist should never have been moved to Sunday night .. Why CBS did this is still a mystery!

Not really. It’s easier to launch a new show on Thursday than on Sunday. Something had to move and The Mentalist made the most sense.

  • sally

i dont watch abc or nbc i watched the good wife and the mentalist

  • John_M

See – what the Good Wife needs to do is EMBRACE it’s soapness, go whole hog – admit it – revel in it – you’ve got ‘pretty people’ drugs lawyers, awesome soap opera components

EMbrace your soapness and you will soar

  • Danielle

Thrilled to pieces for the OUAT numbers. I’m loving that the show is doing so well, considering my reaction when I saw the upfront trailer last year was, “Ooh! Please don’t get canceled after three weeks!”

  • Martijn

Can’t believe 666 scored so low. It is a great show! I hope there will be at least a full season.

  • Carm

Once Upon A Time was great!!!! Also, the pre OUAT awesome!!
I Love The Good Wife, Mentalist.
    Great Lineup on Sunday!!
    1. Once Upon A Time
    2. Good Wife
    3. Mentalist

Once Upon a time did really WELL!!! Only 5% down from the SERIES PREMIERè. ABC has a bona fide hit, and must be proud of it.
Revenge did really WELL too… a 3.2 is only 0.1 DOWN from the PILOT! No epiosode last year obtained a 3.0, and the finale got a 2.4!!! Up 0.8 in the demo. This is the proof that a 9.00 p.m. Slot is much better for show like Revenge… If only Parenthood was moved this year to a 9.00 p.m. slot. Nbc SUCKSSS
666 Started OK, like Last resort. We’ll have to wait and see how it will doing. The 10.00 p.m. slot is hard enough…
But also i think that like American Horror story, it can grow because of the plot twist dark of the story.

Not really. It’s easier to launch a new show on Thursday than on Sunday. Something had to move and The Mentalist made the most sense.

I don’t know that it made the most sense personally, but it made as much sense as moving a show like 5-0 to try and counter program.

The NFL continues to trounce – I can’t wait until they have primetime games every night of the week

  • Max Vrany

CBS primetime was delayed 37 mins in Miami, Orlando, Ft. Meyers, Mobile mkts ONLY due to overtime NFL.

  • colt13

    Football in beast mode.

How much do the other shows go up when football ends?

  • Buddy

666 is going to go soon. ABC luckily has some promising other pilots. Why did they ever pick this one? I think Red Window would be a much better companion for Revenge.

  • justsomeguy5

Hmm.. 666 isn’t in a very good position. If it can manage to keep everyone next week(extremely unlikely), ABC will probably leave it alone. Revenge did great. I’m not sure why people keep saying it just did “okay”. Revenge was dropping steadily on Wednesday. It was hovering around 2.5 if I remember correctly at the end of it’s season last year. To come back above a 3.0, and having picked up even more viewers along the way, that’s a win. ABC honestly couldn’t have hoped for more. Revenge hit it out of the park, plain and simple.

  • john

nice ratings for the Simpsons, especially since the show’s been on for almost 25 years

  • Dude

    Poor 666, it was great!

  • JFC

ddddddddd, no I don’t think anyone is interested.

  • Sam

bye bye terry O’quinn, I’ll miss you

  • James Romano

Unfortunately, Bob’s Burgers will stick around if it stays in that area. I gotta imagine it only costs about three cents to make. As for cleveland show, I hope they cancel it once it gets its syndication quota. That show is unwatchable. So is the rest of Fox Sunday actually. I liked it when they had Malcom and king of the hill and futurama. those days were good.

  • UKTVFan

That headline is really misleading for Once Upon a Time. Yes, it was down 0.2 from last year’s series premiere, but it was up 0.5 from the S1 finale in May.

  • Jayme

I don’t think its that bad for 666 if you look at most new shows there seems to be a trend this year of lower ratings now this may be a real bad sign for Nashville it may be low as well.

  • enes

Abc rules the sunday ! With OUAT Revenge and 666 Park Avenue i know it’s ratings were’t so high but the show it’s good, it has a great cast, plus 10 pm slot it’s hard ! And by the way Last Resort didn’t do better and other abc shows are doing worst so don’t say it will get the axe (haters)
