Good to know Grey’s could still be pulling 5s and 6s if it does big episodes.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been given big episodes since the season 6 finale even thought seasons 7-9 are far better than s4-6.

    Stupid ABC. Hype it more.

What it means, IMO, is that it was a bad idea* putting it up against the premiere of Big Bang Theory. I almost didn’t give it a chance, the only reason I did is that I will inevitably see the BBT in reruns and I haven’t liked Two and a Half Men for quite a while now, so it made more sense to watch the hour long show.

Also note, it was up 9% in the last half hour, I’d guess a lot of that was people Watching BBT then switching over.

*or a strategic decision that helps the network at the expense of the show

Still the dumbest plot for a show. NBC just order a full season of Revolution so anything is possible.

Guys, Broadcast television as we knew it 10 years ago is gone. DVR numbers are getting more and more important, and the L3 and L7 will play a bigger role, there’s a reason all the networks are spinning these numbers harder and harder. I know that fast nationals make headlines but I think they’re losing their impact….time will tell…..

You are firmly under the control of network PR Jedi Mind Tricks.

For individual shows, adding extra days of DVR viewing rarely if ever changes their relative ratings compared to other shows on the same network. Those are the shows they’re competing with for renewal.

Network PR loves the numbers because they get to say “Look, more people are watching our shows!”, but the low rated shows will still get canceled, regardless of how you want to measure them.

Add this to the bump it got on Friday’s encore, and I am hopeful for Last Resort. I can not remember the last time I watched a pilot episode twice I enjoyed it so much.

Way to go Last Resort – a riveting show that has you on the edge of your seat. It is way better than Revolution, with it’s whiny teenage girl so indignant about her warrior uncle. Hey, find a razor so that whimpy nerd can shave off that ugly beard.

Andre braugher is a great actor. The show itself, weak spots, but has potential. Hope it goes at least 2 seasons. I don’t really see how this show can go longer than that, plot wise.

I like Last Resort… It about an interesting twisting story with questions still unanswered.. If you focus nothing but the whole episode you connect with the show and feel sorrow and amazed as if it was all real.. It keeps you thinking how the real world is … and what is fake..like call of duty.. Nothing but killing like people this days brainwashed.

I really enjoyed this new drama as it is much better than the other shows in this time show period! I will not miss this week’s show! BTW, we all know that a shadow government is a possibility and it is good drama for adults.

What a lame show. The entire premise is silly. The acting and dialog are childish. Hard liquor on a USS warship, women running around with tank tops-come on! The XO saying to the COOB “do you respect my authority? is so South Park I busted out laughing. Underwater radar-how stupid to you think we are. CO talking on a phone to “someone in charge,” “I need confirmation” and then he is talking to some assistant sec of whatever and that person says to CO “do you recognize my voice” the the CO says “yes,” that is completely stupid beyond belief. The assistant sec of whatever is not in the CO’s chain of command, secondly, he would never take verbal orders over a phone from him, lastly, the chance of the CO actually knowing that person is almost zero. This show should be dumped-it’s an embarrassment to the Navy and to all intelligent viewers.

nothing wrong with skipping past commercials. many of us pay over $110.00 a month for satellite tv, why watch the commercials? really a waste of time.
