Los Angeles – Jason Russell, creator of the “Kony 2012” viral video and co-founder of the non-profit organization Invisible Children, will speak out for the very first time after his public breakdown in a worldwide exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” airing this Sunday, October 7 (9-10 p.m. ET/PT), on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.

Russell skyrocketed to international fame in March when his video appealing to viewers to bring more attention to Joseph Kony, the Uganda rebel leader, reached over 100 million views online in less than one week. Amidst the global attention and intense scrutiny that followed the video’s success, Russell was found on the streets of San Diego naked, yelling, disrupting traffic and pounding his fists on the pavement. For the first time since this public incident, Russell, along with his wife Danica, will discuss with Winfrey what happened on that day and the impact those events have had on his career, his marriage and his continued fight against Kony.

This guy is like one of those “Some Assembly Required” products (like one o those bookcases or tv stands, where there are a few bolts and nuts listed are either too long, too short or just plain missing entirely.

  • Other Than That Mrs. Lincoln How Was The Play?

Wonder how awkward family gatherings will be during the holidays this year for this guy after being “found on the streets of San Diego naked, yelling, disrupting traffic and pounding his fists on the pavement.”

It will go like “Hmmmm, hey there Jason… whazzup… ummm… good to see you showed up with clothes on.. “
