The man in the empty suit is running around telling every one that this is a vindication of his policies.

   Romney gets post-debate bounce in Fla., Ohio, Va.

   Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s widely-acknowledged victory in Wednesday’s presidential debate has helped him to draw even or slightly ahead in several key swing states, according to polls released Friday.

   A poll by We Ask America found Mr. Romney leading President Obama by 3 percentage points in Florida and Virginia and by 1 point in Ohio, after polls have consistently shown the president leading over the past month.

   The firm conducted a previous poll two weeks ago that showed Mr. Obama with 3-point leads in Florida and Virginia.

   A poll released Friday by Rasmussen Reports also shows the president clinging to a 1-point lead in Ohio, but that Mr. Romney has overtaken him by 1 point in Virginia.

   Rasmussen’s previous polls in the state were conducted in mid-September and showed the president leading by a percentage point in Ohio and Virginia

   Ok, I moved some figures around, re-tabulated, adjusted for infaltion from 1965, added some fun things, so now instead of 17,458.89 in my rainy day fund I no can report to my wife, $24,675.75

   Then again, she is smart enough to know you must use the correct numbers and not fudge them, so I will show her but still get slapped. And rightly so. Notice to NBC, CBS, & ABC. Would it even matter to you anymore if the public would slap you?

   Lets see a couple days a go or was it YESTERDAY one poll had Obama up by 8 in Ohio! Plus we wont really know the true effect until Sunday or Monday.

   Polls, about as reliable as the unemployment numbers!

   Ohio poll: Romney leads 51-48 among those certain to vote

   The first post-presidential debate poll in critical Ohio shows that Mitt Romney blunted President Obama’s momentum with his winning performance and is now leading the president among Ohioans who say that they are “certain” to vote.

   Overall, the race is deadlocked with Obama over Romney 50 percent to 49 percent, according a new Rasmussen Reports poll taken Thursday night.

   But among the stunning 92 percent of likely voters in the state who say that they are certain to go to the polls on Election Day, Romney leads 51 percent to 48 percent. And among the 83 percent who have already made up their minds how they will vote, Romney is ahead of Obama 52 percent to 48 percent.

   The president, however, has a two-to-one lead among the 17 percent “who could still change their minds between now and Election Day,” said Rasmussen.

   I disagree. His house of cards will be cemented for the next 4 years and a pension for the rest of his life after that (remember Bill clinton got rich AFTER he was out of office)

   The house of cards that will fall is the one you and I live in. Obama has an end gain planned for him but I am not sure what it is yet.

   They are talking about California gas jumping 20 or 30 cents overnight, here in Michigan it just went up 20 cents in 2 hours!!!

    Never has a men who has accomplished so little received so much. Justice would be for him to lose in November. Sometimes the bad guys win.

    I know our friends on the left consider him the good guy. We all have our own perception of reality.

    Economists are baffled by the unemployment number. They say our economy would have to be growing at a 4 to 5 percent rate to get a .4 percent drop in the unemployment rate. Nobody except obama worshipers believe the numbers. I hope they are brought up at the next debates, Romney and Ryan will have a field day ripping them apart. Solis should be fired but she was only following orders. This is typical of this administration. My contacts at the EPA( and I have many) are embarrassed to be working there. They tell me the involvement by the white house in requesting that numbers be recalculated or being told what a number should be before calculation is unprecedented and most of my contacts have been there thru several Repub and Dem administrations. This is the most corrupt bunch in history. Too bad they are dems, the msm would have had a ball exposing them.

    Old Owebama couldnt wait to tout the huge jump of 800,000 jobs–a joke– with only 1.3% growth in GDP,out of nowhere these clowns grabbed these job #s economists said there was going to be a spike up,all of a sudden out of nowhere they change the definition of a job.Chitown chiseling.

    Isnt it amazing how this White House group defines jobs…its laughable–especially”GREEN JOBS”–if you sweep floors in a solar plant,thats a green job,if you work in a antique or resale-green job.They probably count anything they can including their favorite”snow job”.

    One last quick thing, its breaking now that some at the BLS are donors to Obama

    At least two economists at the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) have contributed to President Barack Obama’s campaign. Harley Frazis of Bethesda, MD, has contributed at least $2,000 to Obama and $9,000 to the Democratic National Convention over the last three election cycles. During his time at BLS, Harley has published a number of papers including his most recent, “How to Think About Time-Use Data: What Inferences Can We Make About Long- and Short-Run Time Use from Time Diaries?”
