   YES! CBS BEAT football. TBBT TAHM POI ALL BEAT football. I think this is the worst rating nights from the begining of the season!

   Great for Jersey Shore! Was expecting around 3 million viewers. MTV is regretting canceling it right now!!

   The game was one sided for the most part. Probably explains the lower rating than usual. Not really marque teams either although I would have thought the game may have drew some attention since the Arizona Cardinals came into the game 4-0.

   It’s not surprising the NFL game was lower. If you know football, you knew Arizona Cardinals vs St. Louis Rams wasn’t gonna bring in great ratings. Add a snoozefest of a game on the field and you get a 2.6.

   This will probably be the lowest rated NFL game based on who the teams were. I could only see week 10 being lower(Indy-Jacksonville), doing worse than this game.

    Still very solid numbers for Jersey Shore. It’s obviously past its prime, but these are still great numbers for cable, and especially MTV.

    With these ratings, Im happy MTV decided to cancel the series. You can’t squeeze the last of its ratings out.

    It disappoints me that so many people are willing to watch Jersey Shore, but they won’t watch more GOOD, quality television like MTV’s own Awkward or ABC’s Last Resort.

    MTV isn’t canceling Jersey Shore because of ratings or any reasons like that. It has already been stated on many sites and in many articles that Jersey Shore is going to be in it’s final season for many reasons, one being that the cast members are starting to become old for this type of television (Mike at 31 and Pauly at 32).

    How many of those Jersey Shore episodes were new exactly, was that one at 11 new, if not, holy F__K!!. haven’t repeat numbers so close to original like that since Off The Map first episode.

    Good for Jersey Shore. Love it or hate it you have watched an episode.

    2.5 still good for a cable show.

    2.5 is excellent for Jersey Shore. That’s a big number for cable and especially MTV. It is pretty obvious Jersey Shore isn’t being canceled. It’s a final season on it’s own terms. It has nothing to do with ratings.

    Both arizona & st.louis are dull teams nationally – actually did better than i thought even.
