Due to the nature of live  programming the ratings for NBC (NFL Football), & CBS/FOX (NFL Overrun) are approximate and subject to more than the typical adjustments in the final numbers. See below for more information on these Fast Affiliate Ratings.

Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2012 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

    with these ratings seems spring…

Hope Ouat,Revenge and TM will rise next week

  • joss

omg Family guy hit at Nielsen lol

so i guess the sipmsons wasnt so great after all fam guy beat it

  • Andrea

Revenge and OUAT are both fine. All shows drop after premiere week. Sheesh. Unless a show is crazy low and dropping every week, it’s way to early to tell about renewal. There are many different factors that play in to renewal anyways.

  • MJDB

If The Cleveland Show keeps up those ratings, it will likely get renewed for a fifth season as they are in discussions. The Simpsons back to Earth, but still great ratings, Bob’s Burgers was well done quality rise and ratings wise, and Family Guy is now up from last week thankfully. Good ratings for Once Upon a Time, they went down because of the major cliffhanger that happened and people wanted to see a solution.

  • Eridapo

    TAR 2.6 10.35 / 2.3 9.19
    TGW 1.7 8.63 / 1.7 9..26
    TM 1.6 8.70/ N/A

    OUAT 3.2 9,27 / 3.5 9.96
    REVENGE 2.6 8.56 / 2.6 7.80
    666 Park 1.8 5.46 / 1.5 4.69

Revenge comes back to reality, and 666 Park is cancellation bear fodder.

  • danny94

Good ratings for the simpsons repeat at 7:00 a 2.0 is pretty good and actually beats most of Fox’s orignal programming this week.

  • SJ

I can’t wait for that piece of crap fail of a show Scandal to finally get canned so that pathetic troll Max can leave this website once and for all!

Anyway, still solid for Once Upon a Time and Revenge. 666 is dead.

The Mentalist and The Good Wife will be cancelled. They will both have enough episodes for syndication (Mentalist already does) and there’s just no coming back from these catastrophic ratings. I guess I’ll enjoy TGW for as long as I can. Another brilliant episode last night, by the way.

@Max SCANDAL is a good show but compared to Revenge ratings its already been canceled.

P.S. ABC move SCANDAL to Sundays!!!!

  • guss

    OUAT 3.2 9,27 / 3.5 9.96

so it can be adjusted up

  • Acey

Very unhappy with CBS for dumping The Mentalist into their death slot. Going to enjoy episode as this is probably the final season.

  • The Old Woman

Once upon a Time has no competition in that time slot from any other drama. So folks who don’t watch football are going to be tuning into it. OUAT ratings will be steady at this number and that’s no surprise. Revenge ratings are good too. I am guessing both these shows have a large female demographic watching.

It will be interesting to see what happens when Walking Dead returns next week and if there will be any effect.

  • Joseph

I thinik that was expected from revenge. Same as last year- had lots of promo for first episode then fell a good hit after that on the second episode. However, Revenge has a really loyal fan base so I think we should expect to see the numbers come in and around this number every week so I think they they will be happy with that. Family guy went up from last week? Strange!

  • Justin

I’m happy for Revenge. It should stabilize here from here on out.

  • Robbie

Revenge was great last night. not worried about 2.6, better than most dramas. Bye 666 really bad 1.7 and dropping.

  • JJ

That’s so sad for The Good Wife and The Mentalist they both are amazing :(

  • Martin

Good enough for OUAT and Revenge, are the viewers for Revenge correct?

666 not great but we’ll see where it levels out, no danger of being removed from schedule just yet.

Drop for TGW and TM. no danger yet to either. The Mentalist is more likely to switch with Hawaii 5-0 than get cancelled. TGW could survive, even with crappy ratings, but would depend on awards, etc.

Football down a good bit from previous weeks.

  • Max

    @The Old Woman

That’s right… THE WALKING DEAD returns next week @9. Expect low 2’s for REVENGE.

  • Eridapo

Family Guy’s ratings should be suspect given that they did a take on Nielsen families.

  • wn

It was an excellent episode of The Mentalist. Don’t know what people expect from the ratings. All 10 PM shows are down significantly, and this one began at 10:30.

  • Martin

    Never mind, corrected already.
