@Mark: >>> So Rooney basically changing his stances on many things… <<<
Get a clue! You've got Obama's Kool Aid running through your body via an IV bottle. Most of the 65 million Americans saw what I saw in the Debate last week. Liars? The biggest liars in the campaign are David Axelrod and Robert Gibbs. If you're white, they'll try to convince you that you're black. It's Obama's record on the line, not alleged lies. The lamestream media would have ten-foot headlines if they had caught ANY lies from Romney last week. It IS Romney, btw, not Rooney.

I think that video shows a few of Romneys many flip flops just in this calender year
@Mark: (Reading your other posts): Do you speak to your family and closest friends the Democrat talking points that you’ve been writing here? Haven’t you a mind of your own? Not a single word from that looks like it wasn’t cut and pasted. While you’re correcting other people here, you told Sicilian Papa >>> Good to see your easily swayed <<<. It's you're not your.
Your is possesive. You're is short for you are.
@Mark
Remember the right, which includes Romney, don’t lie. Get it right.
@Mark: >>> I think that video shows a few of Romneys many flip flops just in this calender year <<<
You expect me to watch something put out by the Daily Kos? I'd believe the old Communist manifesto before I'd read Kos, HuffPost and similar $#1T.
Romney is not being specific for two reasons. First he believes it is the legeslative branch that makes those decisionsnot the executive branch and second is political, give just enough but not enough for the MSM to go nuts on and spin.
Obama also has his reasons for not being specific as to how 4 more years is going to fix us. First, he doesn’t have a working plan just the same nonworking plan that has got us in the mess we are in because he WILL NOT BUDGE and has proved it. Second the political reason, his plan is the same failing plan and the MSM would have no choice but to report it because it can’t be spun into a positive. They have tried but Romney tore that apart at the debate since the MSM could not protect Obama
@Suikostinger
I am not even saying Romney lies, I am saying he is being very manipulative with his wording to distort the facts on some issues while doing complete flip flops on stances on some other issues.
@Ralph Hahn
I stated many times before my biggest beef when it comes to voting is defense spending, and Mitt Romney’s plan only going make it even worse(many times I have said I don’t like what Obama did with it). What makes it ridiculous is they try somehow tell us we need to increase defense spending and somehow that will magically not hurt our deficit. Sad thing is I think the amount Obama has spent on defense spending would be an easy attack point against him but Romney and the neocons want me to believe he is not strong enough?
Beyond that I think trickle down economics is a bunch of BS so combine those 2 things I don’t see how I am using talking point
It’s time to tell our affirmative action president goodbye.
@Ralph Hahn
The video shows Romney making statements on issues that counteract eachother(one from the debate, one from something he said in the past year). If you don’t want to watch it fine but please don’t tell me that Romney has done a complete flip on his stance on an issue.
As for Romney not being specific I do think saying which loopholes he will try to protect or get rid of at least gives us an idea of how the tax plan will work. If he is fearful of people poking holes in it I think that tells us alot about the policy
Sorry hasn’t(not has) done a complete flip flop on some issues when their is video footage straight from Romney’s mouth of him talking both sides of an issue
@ Mark
Letsee flip flop Obama…….not red state or blue state just the United stares, most transparent administration, close Gitmo and on and on
@Ratboy
Fair enough that Obama didn’t keep some promises(say like Gitmo) but I never seen a guy who ran for President change his positions on issues before an election to the degree of Romney which almost seems like on a weekly basis or depending what crowd he is talking to.
Rove/Bush strongly went after Kerry as a flip flopper in 2004(because his stance on Iraq), but Kerry has nothing on Romney when it comes to his changing stances on any particular issue. I am not even talking about Stuff Romney felt 2-20 years ago I am just talking about his changes since the Republican primary or even 2 weeks before the first debate
Romney has not changed since the convention or in the last two weeks. What has changed is the interpitations being put forth by Obama and his campaign and the MSM and it has and is being done out of desperation
@Mark: >>> The video shows Romney making statements on issues that counteract eachother <<>> “Biden is Facing Growing Debate On His Speeches.”
“Biden was soon found to have earlier that year lifted passages from a 1967 speech by Robert F. Kennedy (for which Biden aides took the blame) and a short phrase from the 1961 inaugural address of John F. Kennedy, and in two prior years to have done the same with a 1976 passage from Hubert H. Humphrey.” <<<
That's no conservative blogger. That's written by a liberal writer in the liberal New York Times.
So, you have to ask yourselves after Biden calling Ryan a liar. "Who's the real liar? A guy who has been in Congress since the early 1970s, part of the system that has failed us. Four years ago, Biden was making all kinds of gaffes on the campaign trial, but if Sarah Palin wiped her nose, the lamestream media was all over her.
this old man has to get some sleep! good night!

================
Jeez. Is this a flip flop too?
With my quote brackets, some pieces are missing from my post above. The “Biden is Facing Growing Debate On His Speeches” was the headline of a September 16, 1987 article written by Maureen Dowd in The New York Times.
The quotes came from Wikipedia but the cite the source as the Dowd, NYT piece.
G’Nite, Rats. I’m outta here, too.

There may be a slight reduction in The Ed Show’s rating. The great Charlie Pierce is slated to be on with Elliott Spitzer on Current TV. I know I’LL be watching
That figures

\John Kerry made it to easy with, I was for it before I was against it.
