Note: Last night’s Monday Night Football game (Texans/Jets) was simulcast on the CBS affiliate in Houston. As a result, the CBS numbers may be a bit inflated and subject to more than typical adjustments in the finals.

NBC was number one with adults 18-49, while ABC won with total viewers.

On NBC, The Voice scored a 4.7 adults 18-49 rating, up from last week's 4.6 Revolution garnered a 3.1, dipping again from last week's 3.2 among adults 18-49. Your predictions were about right

On CBS, How I Met Your Mother earned a 3.2, down from last week's 3.3 adults 18-49 rating. Partners scored a 2.2, up a tenth from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. 2 Broke Girls garnered a 3.7, up two points from last week's 3.5 among adults 18-49. Mike & Molly notched a 3.1, also up two tenths from last week's 2.9 adults 18-49 rating. Hawaii Five-0 scored a 2.2, up two tenths from last week's 2.0 adults 18-49 rating. Ratings for CBS may be inflated due to local NFL coverage

On ABC,  Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars was even with last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. Castle earned a 2.2, up three tenths from last week's 1.9 adults 18-49 rating.

On The CW, the premiere of  90210 earned a 0.5, down from last season's 0.9 premiere rating. Gossip Girl premiered to a 0.4, down from last year's 0.7 premiere rating.

Definitions:

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

@Andrea, only a tenth or two down is my guess.

  • bluejay72

I wanna meet those naysayers for THE VOICE!!! Where are you now???
    Numbers don’t lie!!!

Your pessimistic views on The Voice ratings at the start of the season seem to be mere opinions unsupported by facts!!!

THE VOICE IS #1! Hell, I’d say this 1000000000000000000X! :)

  • HB

Its GG last season but still 0.4 for a premiere? HORRIBLE!
Most definitely 90210 last season! Let see how Arrow starts!

  • s0303

hart of dixie looks really good compared to cw monday shows

castle beat dancing with the stars…shocking!

revolution is holding steadier than i thought…i quitting the show as of last night…bad acting and writing…

hawaii 5-0 is rebounding nicely after its horrible start…

  • Petar Ivanov

    @KS
Definitely not. There are better emotional episodes on Supernatural, like All Hell Breaks Loose, A Very Supernatural Christmas, In My Time of Dying, Point of No Return etc.

ME: Sorry. But last night episode was really epic and best (at least on big 4) Kripke work.

Suspense, action. adventure, drama, triller….a was so live and excited.

  • rob60990

lmao at the CW, yet there were people trashing HOD last week.

  • THE OLD MAN

No BONES about it, Booth & Brennan can still get the job done. After last night’s MD, FOX stated it would be back w/ all new ep’s 11/5. Stay tooned…

Hope adjustments for CBS aren’t too severe, but won’t know until then

DWTS keeps doing the limbo–how low can you go–as Castle increases at 10:00

The Voice sings loudly & Revolution still 3.0+

  • alexz

90210 and Gossip Girl’s rating are bad because of the cablevision!!!!

  • Tim

Good for NBC. Seems Revolution is stable. YES!!! Love the show.
CBS numbers suck, so if they are inflated, they are going to be terrible.
Castle improved the lead in. Nice.

  • CCB

Castle needs a better boost, like The Voice is doing for Revolution, DWTS is killing the demo

  • RyanCanada

The Voice might be a ratings succces, but the goal of the show is to create a successfull artist, and the first two winners never went anyway, i think season 1 winner’s album debut at like 35 and droped off right after. which makes the show pointless, and i dont even think they get a million dollar contract.

  • Trey

3.1 is interesting. I didn’t expect it to only go down a tenth of a point.

  • Billy

People you have to relax with CBS. Houston is the # 10 market, the Texans are 5-0. I would look for some large drops in the CBS numbers. I am sure football put up big numbers in Houston.

  • Agnes

I really don’t understand why Mob Doctor and Made in Jersey have not been cancelled yet. Even NBC would have cancelled the s*it out of those shows by now!

And I don’t believe the lack of alternative programming excuse, because re-runs of some of their other shows would garner higher ratings

  • CrimTV

Really want cablevision to come back!

  • bluejay72

    @Crysti

    You’re a LOSER!
    The Voice slays!
I’ve heard tons of haters like you but NUMBERS ALWAYS PROVE YOU WRONG!
    Hahaha!!!
    Pray harder, hater!

The Voice is #1! Eat that, haters!!! :)

  • Justin121

THE BIGGEST OUCH OF ALL TIME goes to CW!!!

  • x

Thinking Fox wished they had 13-15 episodes of Terra Nova to replace Mob Doctor with!

  • Bay

Damnnnnnnnnnn at The Voice getting a 4.7 in the demo. Didn’t ya’ll fools say that the ratings would drop when they got to the Battle Rounds? LMFAO some of you guys were wrong yet again!

  • Jcc

I’m “lol” at all of you who think mob dr will cancel ! Their shooting ep 7 – prepping for 8 – just signed on another actor – previewed ep 5 for MONDAYS ! – you all need to get over it. Everyone’s predictions failed as did bill gormans 100% cancelation theory – lets do a poll !! How many of you predicted the show to cancel – the one that hits 500 gets season 1 of mob dr – it’s too bad for you guys that didn’t watch last night – it was the best episode yet
