To SPM who said: @ Martin – Is Hart of Dixie makes it to a third season I will eat my sox

The Boston Red or the Chicago White Sox? :P A lot of people said that about HoD not making it to Season 2.

Yes, the ratings are a bit abysmal, but so is pretty much anything on CW. Also, 0.5 already looks better then 0.4.

  • ivan

why is hod getting a 0.5 this suckssss and the mindy project getting 1.9 thats just pure crap that show sucks :P it should get inleast 1.5

  • SPM

    @ Flame

To have a season premiere of 0.7 then to fall to a 0.4 the next week only adjusting up to a 0.5 is abysmal. I actually thought it would only drop to a 0.6 and thought 0.4 and 0.5s would come in th enext few months but I was wrong. It OUTflopped my estimations.

0.2s and 0.3s beckon for Flop of Dixie.

    @ SPM

we will see at the end what will happen.. i don’t say that go on is a monster in ratings and i don’t say that it will stay at this level or that it will build up..

    I’m just saying:
    1) total viewers does NOT matter, nobody cares (NBC proven that last year when they canceled Harry’s law)
    2) NBC won’t cancel everything, they will cancel their lower rated shows! Like it or not Go on is not in that category.. It may go lower but all their other shows will go lower too!
    3) you can have your opinion just don’t be so sure about it.. i think you didn’t convince anybody with your predictions..!!!

I’m glad that Raising Hope is holding steady at still-acceptable-for-Fox levels. Last night’s episode was probably the funniest ever. Ben & Kate won’t make it to season 2, but I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.

Good numbers for NBC and ABC has got to be glad that DWTS rose a little this week on both days. Private Practice needs to end and they need to announce it ASAP.

  • Flame

@SPM: Again, pretty much everybody said that about the show during season 1 and there it usually bottomed out on 0.6. Might be 0.5 this season.

“With all the adjustments, it looks like CBS won the night in the demo over NBC, though just barely, 2.8 to 2.775″

You can’t do an accurate calculation like that with these rounded numbers. We have not yet received the Finals spreadsheet for last night that has the final averages, but NBC PR claims victory in 18-49 after the finals, so they presumably did no worse than a tie.

“Are the final numbers what is counted in who wins a week?”

Yes. The preliminary ratings are meaningless as soon as the final ratings are available.

I’m happy HOD adjusted up, a 0.5 is abysmal, hopefully the writing improves to last years standard. The show has so much potential but the season premier was such a let down, nobody wanted to see Wade turn into an ass and Zoe into a doormat, the second episode was actual much better than the first.

    @ Danek

NBC still won the night. NBC’s average is actually 2.93. (you didn’t average out the 9pm hour before you made your calculation)

  • Liam

Great news for Parenthood. This show is brilliant. Last nights episode was amazing and deserves these ratings, maybe even higher. Hopefully the week off doesnt hurt the ratings too much. If the show can keep up these ratings then Season 5 might be coming along next year.

hey all. GO look at 18 34 FOR TODAY. FOX DID WELL. Not the best but second best. FOX is definately not crying

  • danny94

Yes Glad parenhood kept its 2.0

  • Robert

Actually Anna Hart of Dixie is a crappy show no wonder it tanks

  • Sonia moss

the CW should change the manager Mark Petowitz is doing badly.

  • Nicole

Yes Mark Petowitz is a FLOP!

  • Robert

Brandy you do know Nikita got those 0.4 on friday right that is a difference then getting that rating on tuesday.

  • robin

I can’t wait to see nikitas ratings when it premieres

  • Rachel

    @Nicole

He sure is. People actually thought he would better the CW. Delusions. I predict Emily Owens and Beauty/Beast will bomb. Arrow is the only hope.

  • Honey Badger

@ Bill Gorman I like the “Did you stop taking your medicine today?” comment

It ranks up there with “either you are on to something, or you are on something”

I like your comments and wit

  • Kaylie

Go New Girl who stays stable around all the weak rated shows. Raising Hope grew from last week though.
