Suburgatory” airs Wednesdays at 9:30/8:30c on ABC

 

Fans of ABC’s hit comedy series “Suburgatory” will be able to submit questions and receive real-time responses from Carly Chaikin, who will be up on Twitter at @carlychaikin, during the East Coast broadcast of the show on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 17 (9:31-10:00 p.m., ET). Chaikin will offer commentary and share behind-the-scenes anecdotes.

 

In the season premiere episode, “Homecoming,” Tessa returns to Chatswin after spending the summer in NYC with her grandmother, and her burgeoning interest in her mom leaves George feeling threatened. In an effort to feel more connected to her mom’s musical side, Tessa takes up the guitar and signs up to sing in the Fall Follies. Meanwhile, Noah decides he wants Carmen to come back and work for him -- and he gets into an all-out competition with Dallas over her -- and Dalia becomes concerned over the idea of losing Carmen.

 

Suburgatory” stars Jeremy Sisto as George Altman, Jane Levy as Tessa Altman, Carly Chaikin as Dalia Royce, Rex Lee as Mr. Wolfe, Allie Grant as Lisa Shay, Alan Tudyk as Noah Werner, Chris Parnell as Fred Shay, Ana Gasteyer as Sheila Shay and Cheryl Hines as Dallas Royce.

 

Emily Kapnek (“Hung”) writes and executive-produces this bitingly ironic single-camera comedy, which is produced by Warner Bros. Television.

 

“Suburgatory” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. This program carries a TV-PG,D,L parental guideline.

    The show never reached its full potential. It’s lucky ABC stuck it in between Modern Family and Nashville so I guess I’ll still be watching!
