The filing may fuel further political debate over government financing of alternative-energy and transportation businesses. Federal grants and loans to companies including A123, Fisker Automotive Inc. and Tesla Motors Inc. have drawn scrutiny from congressional Republicans following the September 2011 bankruptcy filing of solar-panel maker Solyndra LLC two years after it received a $535 million loan guarantee from the U.S. Energy Department.

The question that comes to mind for me, Doug…Has ANY of the green energy companies that Obama’s friends owned, that got tax payer money, survived, or are they all going out of business after they funnel the millions out, and into their private accounts…lol
I guess I’ll be the first one to write about ratings, so the other nonsense can officially start. FNC pretty much cleaned up this past weekend. While MSNBC had more viewers in the 25-54 demo Saturday night, Fox racked up a win in Saturday’s Total Day over MSNBC.
It would be cheaper for CNN to just run a test pattern on weekend evenings. Their former audience finally figured out that CNN is NOT in the middle of FNC and MSNBC in terms of one too liberal and the other more conservative. They found out that CNN is just another extension of MSNBC, but not QUITE that extreme.
New episodes of Lockup started Saturday. Only thing watchable on MSNBC.
