    Was there ever a doubt…

AGREED. Not funny at all gave it 2 episodes. Now Justin Kirk is free to work on other things that showcase his talent.

worst comedy ever?. i guess you never saw mr. smith?. :) a monkey as the president. yes i said that right.

  • Ken

I knew this show was either going to be really good or really bad and it would be a surprise hit or an early cancellation. Not sad to see it err on the awful-and-cancelled side of the ledger.

  • SherLOCKED

    Bear > Monkey…lol

Not like anyone didn’t see it coming.

    Worst “comedy” ever.

I see someone didn’t watch Work It last season.

And Fox still hasn’t cancelled The Mob Doctor! Shocking!

This is the opening that COMMUNITY has been waiting for. I say keep that crap show WHITNEY on the shelf as long as possible.

Bring back Community NBC i hate you for not puting it on the air yet, same with CBS and Rules of Engagement

I can hear the Bear right now: “Animal Practice in my soup!” :D No surprise, when you lose to the CW, and after all that Olympic promotion, it’s over for you. Period.

In fact this isn’t the first time NBC canned a show starring a monkey, look back to their disastrous fall 1983 lineup(where none of the new shows got renewed; 2nd time in history), and one of them was the sitcom Mr. Smith(Wikipedia it if you don’t know).

And let the record show, that’s now FIVE Tyler Labine shows cancelled; one on each network(ABC/Invasion, CW/Reaper, FOX/Sons of Tucson, and CBS/Mad Love)! Maybe he’ll have better luck on cable? Oh, and 3 for JoAnna Garcia Swisher(the others being CW’s Privileged and ABC’s Better with You).

@Oliver: Work it, a comedy? Really? A transphobic show CANNOT be a comedy.

There’s really no rush for Fox to cancel Mob Doctor. So much sport and president stuff to fill the airwaves for some time yet…

  • BigBrotherFan

Dude, Whitney is a great show! It brings in better numbers than CUMMUNITY but either one is deserving over this pile of crap!

  • RyanCanada

lol @ people thinking community is the go to show, NO the amazing show that is Whitney is moving to wedneday :)

  • Joseph

I think our own Cancellation Bear thought as early as June that this would be an early causality.

    This is no surprise.

It’s a sad state of affairs to hear people get excited about WHITNEY coming back to replace The Animal Doctor.

It’s like getting excited about being constipated instead of having diarrhea.

Whitney’s a better show and did better ratings. Community will replace Up All Night soon enough.
