@Papa: There’s an article on the Fox News website about a couple who wrote a book about Obama, if he wins a 2nd term, will allow the U.N. to take a portion of OUR taxes for so-called “undeveloped nations.” The book says both Obama and Hillary are in on it for a whole master “Wealth distribution” plan for the world. Northern hemisphere nations around the world to give the southern hemisphere nations to level the playing field, which Obama speaks of many, many times. If this book is credible, maybe Romney should hit O with this Monday night. I’ll get the link.

Vice President Joe Biden asked supporters Thursday at a Nevada campaign event, “How many of you know someone who served in Iraq or Iran?”
Biden was joined at the event by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and embattled Senate candidate Rep. Shelley Berkley. At Biden’s question, Reid raised his hand.
At the event, Biden also said that when it comes to the Young Guns – a group of younger Republicans, including Rep. Paul Ryan — the “bullets are aimed at you.”

To say this endorsement by The Tennessean is an eyebrow raiser is an understatement. This is the same newspaper where former Vice President Al Gore got his start in journalism, that endorsed Obama in 2008. Of course, the paper endorsed Gore in 2000. In 2004, the paper endorsed Democrat John Kerry over President Bush. Also, Middle Tennessee is a traditional Democratic stronghold.”

2012: 25,317
Change: -30%
All McCain Counties in Tennessee (except Henry which has not reported 2012EV totals):
2008: 71,846
2012: 94,588
Change: +31.7%
voter turnout statewide on day one of early voting was up about 10 percent compared to four years ago, but voter turnout increased 31 percent in McCain counties while it dropped 30 percent in Obama counties.
