If “Beauty And The Beast” remains steady at 0.7, the show is golden for a renewal. However, it can’t afford to drop any further!
So the CW beat NBC again 8-9
Scandal already below 2.0 (not good by any measure), slight blip on radar for LR may or may not be encouraging, but either way, ABC in dire straits on Thurs, except GA (for now, anyway)
CBS crushes competition
TVD being so close in points to it’s prior two seasons same episodes is actually a stunning achievment in viewer lotalty….I don’t think a lot of shows can say that.
@Sarah
A tenth doesn’t mean anything. Nets look to incomes of their viewers and 30 Rock beats the VD teens anyday.
But, of course, ultimately it doesn’t matter since 30 Rock is in its final season. Maybe there will still be a CW for VD’s 7th season.
Up All Night and 30 Rock losing to the CW? They are not much longer for this world.
LOL Floppity & the Beast is history.
This isn’t Fan Excuse Bingo (I swear), but I wish Grey’s Anatomy wouldn’t have an overrun, as usual.
B&B only has 120k less than Secret Circle in its second episode, but 0.2 points lower. Ratings are strange.
LR got 1.7 last week too correct?
@ Dillan
The CW made a mistake here and they know it.
@Michael
Sorry to make matters worse for you, but even if Grey’s Anatomy didn’t have an overrun, Scandal would get the numbers it got anyway, it just means that the numbers were overestimated at first.
No worries SCANDAL fans. The show will complete the 13 episode order and return next season. It is steady and a solid 10PM performer for ABC. It is shows with the massive promotion like REVENGE that should worry because as we all know, football + award shows are coming soon and that makes ABC Sunday drop like a rock.
@peter. You seem to have excuses for person of interest like crazy. Football, baseball, doesn’t have young enough guest stars. Wanna play fan excuse bingo? The show is just not as big as Ncis or the other dramas that have a fan base for years
Yay for VD adjusting up! it tied Arrow in demo for CWs number one show right?
@MJDB, Touché
@ “Youngs” don’t watch CBS.
Not think so. 2BG, TBBT and TAHM. Period.
@KS,
Is getting adjusted up a tenth a real reason to celebrate?
Not really, it’s better than being adjusted down, but it’s not anything to get excited about either.
@Max, I agree, I’m sure the show that replaces Scandal in the Spring will do worse (Red Widow?) and Scandal will get another 13 episode season.
Last Resort is holding up better than Charlie’s Angels last season.
the cw contracts end in 2016 right? just when vampire diaries season 7 would end. so i think you meant season 8
