   Explain to me how Disney will win all kid demos? They’ve only aired 2 new things this weekend and the results show surely got lower than the introduction show….yeah more kids would totally watch make your mark than Victorious, iCarly, Spongebob etc.. It’s basic knowledge.

   Chris,

   Hunted numbers are basically in line with Strike Back’s numbers. It’s demo matches what Boss on Starz was regularly pulling in before the finale.

   Ryback is what’s saving Smackdown and causing a week to week jump
   I’m ratings. Right about now he’s the only interesting storyline

   I agree Ryback is the only interesting going on in that horrible company right now. TNA deserves Smackdown’s numbers.

   @Andrea–no, Hunted got less than half the 567k viewers who tuned in for Strike Back’s series premiere. Strike Back is CURRENTLY doing similar #’s–against much tougher competition, including The Walking Dead.

   But even so, its third season is averaging higher than the heavily promoted premiere of a new show, which got bad reviews, and will quite certainly drop in the coming weeks.

   I’m not saying Cinemax won’t renew it, because for them ratings may not really be the issue. If they are, however, it’s toast.

    Hunted did not get bad reviews.

    Yes, it did. Not 100% bad, but the important ones were pretty negative–even more in the UK, where it’s airing on BBC1, to better ratings than here (because it’s on BBC1), but still pretty mediocre.

    Important ones? Like who for instance? Alan Sepinwall, Maureen Ryan, Myles McNutt, Todd VanDerWerff, the NY Times, and the LA Times all gave Hunted good reviews. Variety was the only major publication that gave it a really mixed review.

    -9 PM: 0.328 million viewers, 0.10 A18-49

    Strike Back is not currently doing anything. It finished its season last week. Did you see the numbers for the finale? Hunted’s numbers are in line.

    Plus, no where did I say the series premiere of Strike Back (Cinemax 8/2011) and Hunted were equal.
