Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2012 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.
Definitions:
Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.
Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.
Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)
Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Still hoping for a miracle as far as 666 PA and The Good Wife goes.
Yay! OUAT rose to a 3.3! Excellent ratings. Hope it can rise again next week.
Revenge did great as well. What an awesome episode last night! Mike Kelly is an fantastic writer.
Not bad for 666. The rise was unexpected. I suppose it can stay their if it can manage high 1′s. Besides, there’s nothing to replace it.
GOOO ONCE and REVENGE! Abc’s Lineup is stronger than ever!
where are the numbers for THE MENTALIST?
CBS should repeat last night episode of The Mentalist this Friday at 8 pm.
I wonder why CBS keep 60 Minutes after the NFL? I appreciate there is history in that programme, but why couldn’t it be aired in a 10pm timeslot instead? Wasting a 7.6 demo on a news show seems so strange, seeing it could be used to launch any number of new shows.
If it wasn’t for the affiliates, NBC would probably give their right arm to air a sitcom or drama after Sunday Night Football, even if it was after 11pm, given the huge demos they get.
Can’t really comment too much on any Net but ABC
OUAT 3.3 is super good news! Last night’s ep was outstanding–just give the Emmy to Robert C already! Nice to see Revenge up & 666PA as well (for what it’s worth)
Safe to say NLCS Game 6 was crushed by the Steelers
Hope TGW doesn’t adjust too far down (but with that 7.6 overrun it most certainly will)
Where’s the mentalist 11pm rating? Not happy you missed it off when it was on
YES REVENGE ,ONCE AND THE GOOD WIFE and where the heck is the mentalist?
@Angie, the site only tracks Primetime ratings and 11pm to 12 isn’t prime time. I”m sure a lot of people, like me, skipped TM yesterday because it was on so late. Of course, I did DVR it.
I hope CBS took note that The Good Wife performed better being away from Revenge.
ABC’s Sunday night 8-10pm are the best two hours of the television week. Both Once Upon a Time and Revenge had really strong episodes. I’m actually sitting on the edge of my seat while watching. Unlike Revolution, I am so invested in the complex characters. And I really appreciate all of the fine performances turned in by the brillant actors and actresses. Robert Carlyle should really be recognized for how he is portraying Rumpelstiltskin. And now I’m excited about watching Captain Hook. There are so many endless possibilities with this show. Maybe we will see Ursula in the near future?
i wish they whould put The MEntalist back on Thursday,it didnt come last night till 10pm
Nice on Revenge.
More curious to see how a rerun of TBBT does up against a new Voice tonight.
The mentalist got 1.5 rating
If the football game didn’t go OT, everything on CBS starts on time. That is a big difference in the ratings game.
Steady half hours for Revenge so that’s really good.
ABC may have zero hits this year, but this combination of OUAT and Revenge on Sunday’s is doing quite well. So, Paul Lee should be proud of himself for moving Revenge, but otherwise, this has been a bad start to the season for ABC.
I haven’t watched 666 park avenue since the episode 2 weeks ago, but I think I’ll start watching again and catching up.
Animation Domination would have done much better.
Oh, at least Revenge was UP! Scandal on the other hand was DOWN! in its latest episode. So what the hell does Max talking about?
Sunday’s are so blah now. Sports programming on the networks seem to ruin everything.
@Bill Gorman
Nice but you are about 7 months early. Come back in May and that headline will be nice and true.
