What has happened to daytime tv??? With the exception of Dr. Phill and Ellen, the rest should be thrown away and started from scratch! Katie is as warm as a cold sheet on a winter night (blech) Steve Harvey is as out of his element in daytime as a blindman in a peep show, Ricki lake has nothing to offer the daytime viewerr except divorce and failure as an actress, Jeff Probst- are you for real right now?!? Jeff Probst got a talk show??? Did somebody lose a bet???? Get him outta there!!!! I don’t think I’ll be able to look at him the same way any longer on Survivor. He lost me.
Anderson- so NOT cut out for daytime. He looks as UNCOMFORTABLE in daytime as he looks COMFORTABLE in primetime. Go back to your night job.
Where is our next daytime talk show hero? NOBODY has come anywhere close to replacing Oprah..NOBODY…NOBODY…NOBODY.
Next year I am told Queen Latifah is being ressurected, uh-no. FAIL.
We already have that show and it’s called Wendy Williams- it’s funnier!
So where is the next daytime tv star??? Dear Hollywood- please no more celebrities, no more talking news heads, no more comedians, no more gays (we love our gays, they just can’t help us with marriage and parenting, sorry) and NO MORE left-overs from past failed or cancelled talk shows. We cancelled them for a reason.
We need someone we can relate to, who gets us, who is trustworthy, sincere and NOT some slick, glossy actor or sports hero or comedian or politician or gay or…..????
Before you pull the trigger again…think VERY VERY carefully. Maybe even ASK US!!!
