WWE® SUPERSMACKDOWN LIVE ON SYFY NOVEMBER 6
NEW YORK -- October 24, 2012 – Syfy and WWE (NYSE:WWE) today announced “SuperSmackDown Live,” will air Tuesday, November 6 at 8PM (ET/PT). The Syfy special will originate from the LG Arena in Birmingham, England.
The Tuesday night special will feature WWE’s biggest Superstars and Divas, including World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus™, Randy Orton®, Alberto Del Rio®, Daniel Bryan® and Alicia Fox™.
The special will encore in Smackdown’s regular time slot on Friday, November 9 at 8PM (ET/PT).
Smackdown is the second longest-running, weekly, episodic program in U.S. primetime TV history, behind only Monday Night Raw.

WWE has two things going against them. One, they don’t promote Live Smackdown’s well, and two, that’s the same night as the presidential election.
Just do yourself a favor and start airing Smackdown on Tuesdays. They already film it on Tuesdays
@Mark – I suspect that, rather than being a problem, airing Smackdown on the night of the election is a brilliant bit of counter-programming!
