    B&TB….lol

    It’s lucky it’s probably not gonna get pulled by the CW until January, cuz if Cult was ready, CW would be airing that next week….

    Hey Chuck fans, Please share with us what you did so that we may pass it on to TSC fans.

    Short, announced, final seasons provide catharsis? ;)

    @Reader who said:
    I’m just happy that PoI is doing so well. And that I have something great and non-soapy to watch on Thursday nights

    Yep, but PoI is not just ‘non soapy show’. POI can be and must be example how a drama should be written and acted. Some episodes are so funny with such sense of humour. Some are more procedural, but they must keep that procedural structure of the show so new people can jump in at least one more season. True quality crime drama, quality entertaiment and best scripted show on TV. Deserve to go way UP in the demo. And will go. Just watch.

    Because networks don’t need to promote their new shows? Just put it on next week, everyone will magically know!

  • M.K.

    how can someone be happy when a terriple soap show GA beats one of the best tv series POI

    So there is no much help for them. Damn. ;0

  • Ashley

    @SPM If they were smart they would create a spin off show about The Originals to pair with TVD.

    @Ambience

    I don’t care, I was just replying to a post like I do with others. It just makes me laugh that instead of going with the simple explanation that the show just suck, you have to rely on conspiracy theories, when the show in question was never intended to be high art or good. It’s objectively a mediocre product.

    You could have had a shot if we were talking about a good product.
    And again, critics love, even too much, 30 Rock. GA is just a melodramatic soap and Shonda Rimes keeps getting shows despite having only one true hit in her hands (and two duds and a half). Not only she’s female, she is even black. Part of another minority underepresented in Hollywood. Still, she keeps gettng deal and not hated by the critics. :-)
    By the way, wasn’t one of Boss showrunner a female and dundundun…… an out “L” woman? Oh, how this goes for being a uber-tiny minority? Much, much “worse” than being three female straight showrunners.
    Still critics love Boss.

    Tell women to make better products and they will be rewarded.

    Elementary + Vegas + Partners + Made in Jersey = Canceled
    CSI: NY + The Mentalist = Renewed
    Yeah :)

  • Kissan

    I wonder what would happen if they put TVD on another day and time. What do u think will happen, people?

  • Vance

    @Bonnie – No, moving TVD to 9 would be a horrible idea. The CW should be counterprogramming against GA, and not trying to fight it with a female skewing show.

  • Serial Rocker

    I don’t get why so many posters on here that appear to be guys are cheering for Grey’s Anatomy over Person of Interest. GA is a soap opera based around the romances of the various doctors, right? What could any guy possibly get out of watching that when there’s Person of Interest to watch, with great acting and some seriously good action and adventure to enjoy? Seriously cannot understand how any bloke can enjoy watching stories about which doctor is making out with which other doctor!

    Seriously! POI! Guns! Car chases! Lots of fighting! And it still manages to get a really interesting story in each week too! Watch it, fellas! ;)

  • Declan

    Too bad POI got adjusted down. Fan of the show but a mediocre episode last night, although it definitely deserved to beat Greys.

    Scrolling through the comments I can see there is a bit of POI vs Greys. My girlfriends a huge fan of Greys but turned the TV off half way through the episode! Tells you something about the show considering she has a pretty poor taste in television :)).Even though I don’t know much about the show, got to hand it to Greys for keeping high demos in its ninth season. But if it does indeed continue to drop like the past several weeks, next season might as well be its very last.

  • Ashley

    @Kissan They won’t move TVD b/c Thursday is the night the networks put their best programs on.

    But hypothetically it would still do well. They have a solid, popular cast and good storytelling.

  • Bill

    Take that Grey’s haters!

  • Serial Rocker

    @CBSviewer

    “Elementary + Vegas + Partners + Made in Jersey = Canceled
    CSI: NY + The Mentalist = Renewed”

    So shows that have been around forever and are creatively tired and probably on their last legs against new series that given a year or two to develop could be CBS’s next big thing?

    Yay for forward thinking! ;)

  • Michael

    Predictions for Nikita, tonight?

    I say 0.4!

  • Declan

    @ Bill

    Don’t take this the wrong way but, you watch Greys??

  • Serial Rocker

    @Declan

    Was just about to ask him the same thing! ;)
