The CW has opted to air repeats of 90210 and Gossip Girl tonight due to coverage of Hurricane Sandy, per the network's publicity department. Serena, Chuck, Blair and the rest of the Upper East Side will presumably wait out the storm in their palatial apartments wearing designer pajamas and having scandalous sexual encounters.

Same rating
well i guess tv is not now. get it.
Their new episodes pull repeat ratings anyway so no loss there.
I’m pretty sure Gossip Girl was planning on showing all 10 episodes this season consecutively, ending it’s run on 12/10. Now I guess it will be 12/17. I can’t imagine the other networks will be running original programming that late December.

would the ratings have been even lower? lol
Like it’s going to make a difference.
Are people even going to notice? Lol.
What a bad week, hope everyone stays safe out there in the east coast. We had a tsunami warning over the weekend and thankfully we were not hit.
I’m assuming, CW is going to air repeats this entire week?
0.0 possible
lol do they really think the numbers would have been any different with or without the hurricane? Mark Pedowitz is getting DESPERATE now as he knows the CW is dying under his poor guidance.
@George

ABC, NBC, and FOX all have originals scheduled for that week (although not necessarily their normal fall lineups).
as if it makes a difference!
This storm doesn’t have a chance of effecting Arrow on Wednesday, does it?
Should’ve aired Arrow and SPN repeats instead.
predicting 0.1s
I bet repeats for all week
I believe i’m one of the few 90210/GG fans, but I’m really going to miss it.
“This storm doesn’t have a chance of effecting Arrow on Wednesday, does it?”
unless u live in NY which is airing a Halloween special.
Why would they? Nobody watches… Instead they should dump those GG episodes until the series finale.
