The Nielsen fast affiliate ratings for Monday night will be delayed until further notice. No word on why as yet.
Update: *Due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy, Nielsen has delayed the Fast Affiliate Ratings for Monday, October 29. Fast Affiliate Ratings are now scheduled to be released later today around 1:00PM ETZ.
Update 2: The Friday cable ratings still have not arrived from Nielsen at our regular source. We will post them when they do.
No word either on how long this delay may last, but composing haiku in the meantime can be quite calming.
Update 3: now posted.
Mob Doctor still on,
despite terrible ratings,
It's the accountants.
Go for it.

In addition to the blackouts up North, all DirecTV customers in Atlanta lost network channels last night from severe wind. I expect that to impact some of the viewership even more.
Poor East Coasters I really hope this storm is over soon, good thing I live in beautiful Southern California although it’s been really hot this fall.
Castle was amazing last night. I hop the storm didn’t hurt the ratings too badly. Though one week won’t impact the overall scheme of things.
Gorman’s plans undone
by hellish Halloween storm!
I sit back and laugh.
No comments allowed on the Accountant piece?
Friday cable ratings also delayed?
This is not Haiku.
I’m on the East Coast. News aired instead of 5-0. NBC aired the news as well, but for some reason Castle was still on at its regular scheduled time. Go figure.
TV viewers frown
1.8 million square miles
Of Sandy no smiles
Haiku is 5-7-5 not 6-7-5 as in the example, so here goes
Nielsen is a mess
Despite new technologies
Ratings still are late
Well Dam it all I need my ratings and I need it now. Im kidding. Thoughts and Prayers for all the people dealing with the storm on the East Coast.
well darn you sandy.
NOT HAIKU
Had to switch from CBS storm coverage @ 10:00, the commenters were way too old for this old man to handle, switched to CNN where Anderson & Rob Marciano were not as old & did a decent job
RE: NY
Caught CNN this morning & caught NY local news, Sandra Wallace a real LOL
Could swear I saw egg on Mayor Bloomberg’s face
6.5 Million+ without power
Yeah where are friday and sunday cable ratings?
“No comments allowed on the Accountant piece?”
Our comments automatically close on posts older than 2 months to limit automatic spam, and that post is very old.
“Yeah where are friday and sunday cable ratings?”
Friday ratings delay likely due to snafu at our typical source, should get sorted out. Sunday, who knows, could be delayed due to Sandy as well.
Just don’t report the overnight ratings. Wait until the final ratings are out. Otherwise, there will be down adjustments of perhaps a full ratings point due to preemptions for storm coverage.
No one is thinking
Wonder where the ratings are?
Obvious, not here

@Max Vrany
Is is possible Nielsen got flooded?
And all their systems were damaged beyond repair and never to be online again? One can only hope.
Bet The Weather Channel got all the ratings. Nothing like spending your night watching Al Roker & friends rolling around on a beach during “monstrous” 2 foot waves and 30 MPH winds. What trollbait!
Another hype & dud like Irene.
