Per NBC's publicity department, the network will pre-empt Go On and The New Normal  tonight for the news special Sandy's Fury  from 10-11p ET.

On Thursday, a repeat of Monday's episode of The Voice will replace the network's previously scheduled Thursday night comedies between 8-10p ET.

    30 Rock’s episode will air tomorrow (Wednesday) at 8PM ET in place of Animal Rescue.

    @BG, Whoa, I just saw that on NBC.com as well, so Animal Practice is now off the schedule forever!

    The Voice or Revolution didnt do badly just seems silly to yank thursday comedies.

    what a mess. It was so simple just to pass this Monday.

    will RVN rerun after the voice in thursdays

  • Oliver

    NBC has made a complete mess of its schedule. The average viewer must be totally confused.

    NBC will rerun revolution in friday. the voice in thursday.

    @Oliver

    Well nature is bigger than TV. Sorry.

  • Davin Peterson

    Good!! Last night, NBC Washington decided to air Hurricane coverage instead of The Voice upsetting many viewers.

    Revolution is Friday at 8PM ET (There were repeats scheduled in that time period). I want to know when they are going to air the Halloween episodes of Go On and The New Normal. These two shows are pre-empted next Tuesday too because of the election coverage.

    Looks like NBC also bumping Wednesday’s Animal Practice and will air the 30 Rock originally scheduled for Thursday Weds at 8p instead.

  • Ultima

    NBC is also repeating yesterday’s Revolution on Friday at 8pm (note that the usual Saturday repeat wasn’t scheduled this week due to coverage of the Breeder’s Cup).

    lmao at Flopfactor!!!

    @ToXiX

    Still? People don’t do “first” anymore. You’re a retard.

    What’s the point of doing something like this during sweeps? The Voice could have aired regionally in the areas in which it was preempted or it could have aired on Saturday. Now the sitcoms are preempted for two weeks (yes, 30 Rock will air tomorrow, but if you’re a fan of one of the other three it’s gonna be a rough couple of weeks). Anyway, I just hope they overexpose The Voice fast enough so they could go back to the ratings basement where they belong.

    So are we just not going to see the Halloween episodes of Go On and The New Normal?

    Something tells me that if a hurricane hit Texas they would not be prempting tv for days on end.
