ABC comedies lost a bit of their audience to The Voice being 2 hours this week. They should rebound in 2 weeks

  • KJ Styles

I’m glad I got my power back so I can watch NCIS on Demand. I’m upset that I couldn’t watch it last night but glad to see that the rating actually went up despite Hurricane Sandy.

    Numbers seem funky this week

    The Cw should:
-Cancel Emily owens M.D.( after airing the 13 ordered episodes)
-Cancel Nikita( way too many episodes left to syndacation)
-Cancel beauty and the beast (after 13 episodes)
Announce 90210 current season as its last.

    Spring 2013 lineup
    – Monday 90210/Carry Diaries
    – Tuesday hart of dixie/Nikita
    – Wednesday Arrow/Supernatural
    – Thursday Vampire Diaries /Cult
    Friday Arrow repeats/ Cult repeats

    LOL at DWTS!
But ABC will need to rethink it’s Tuesdays come next/midseason. And last night they were no.5 behind Univision!

    Great numbers for The Voice.

Remember …over 8 million homes are without power..so naturally figures will be lower.

I gotta admit, Flop of Dixie seems to be doing ok for now but it’s just a matter of time before it becomes Bear food!

  • Joseph

Flop of Dixie is doing ok for now.

  • Rob R

Dancing With the Stars is falling apart. What a disaster the All Star edition has been.

  • Legal Girl in Florida

don’t know of any other show that is as constant as NCIS. It is an absolutely amazing show, amazing cast, and characters. Love it!!

    Emily Owens is D.O.A!

Anyway, The LA Complex got picked up by MTV international and will air in Euope and South America next year! Hopefully that means it’ll get picked up for a third season. :D

  • s0303

emily owens is actually the only new show i am enjoying right now :(

my mom will be devastated if dwts gets cancelled…too bad the senior citizens are the most likely to having their shows cancelled…

  • Dan S

DWTS will likely suffer the same fate as Harry’s Law. Impressive number of viewers just not the right kind in the 18-49 demo. I can’t believe Mindy Project got 24 episodes at these low numbers. Ben & Kate along with MP will not likely get a sophomore season.

  • Jiji Moran

I think the judges of DWTS are perfect, as they have always been.

Personally, the reason I’m not watching this season is because I feel that ABC selected the most popular dancers of previous shows, not the most talented ones, mainly for ratings-purpose. These past contenters we (the viewers) already got to know, and already got to be tired of (specially Bristol, Pamela, and Kirstie.)

I would’ve preferred new faces, with new personalities, and zero dancing experience. THAT would’ve made for a more entertaining show, instead of trained dancers puting up a show, as it looks right now.

  • Zach

I’m tired of people bagging on Hart of Dixie and saying its at the bottom of the heap at the CW. It’s doing twice as good as Emily Owens, three times as good as Nikita, and 50% better than Gossip Girl and 90210. That’s 2/5 of the CW lineup. It’s doing the same as ANTM and BATB (for now). There are only three shows on the network doing better than Hart Of Dixie on a regular basis. Rachel Bilson and her short shorts will be back next season. One ratings point may not matter on the other networks, but on the CW it’s the difference between a failure and a hit.

Hopefully Happy Endings, Apt 23 and Mindy all go up next week. They are all very lead in dependent so hopefully their lead ins go up too.

  • AJ

Extremely worried about Happy Endings now….

What is wrong with people?? More than half of the 3.1 who watched last year just gave up on this show?

  • Anon

ABC should just find a way to get MNF back from ESPN.

  • nicola83

    Good for hart of Dixie.

  • Ted Craig

    AJ,

What is wrong with people is HE no longer follows Modern Family.

  • Ted Craig

Everybody who suggests Happy Endings is doing poorly because of early downloads is kidding themselves. This was never a strong show without MF. Remember, everybody was surprised when it was renewed in the spring of 2011, including Damon Wayans Jr. who thought he was going to be on the New Girl (which I think he would have preferred for personnel reasons and which would have been much better for having him).
