*Obama administration misses deadline to announce regulatory agenda

President Obama is refusing to comply with the law that requires him to publish forthcoming regulations because he doesn’t want the American public to know the terrible cost of the regulatory barrage he plans to unleash in a second term,” Inhofe said in a statement.

The administration is required by the Regulatory Flexibility Act to announce twice every year all the major regulations the government is planning to enact — typically, the announcements come in April and October.

The administration has failed to offer its regulatory plans for more than a year.

Like him or hate him, Karl Rove has a good story on Polling.

Rove: Sifting the Numbers for a Winner

A crucial element: the mix of Democrats and Republicans who show up this election

Have fun guys, gatta get off awhile

From the Congressional Research Service, the non-partisan research office for Congress.
“The results of the analysis suggest that changes over the past 65 years in the top marginal tax rate and the top capital gains tax rate do not appear correlated with economic growth. The reduction in the top tax rates appears to be uncorrelated with saving, investment, and productivity growth. The top tax rates appear to have little or no relation to the size of the economic pie.
However, the top tax rate reductions appear to be associated with the increasing concentration of income at the top of the income distribution. As measured by IRS data, the share of income accruing to the top 0.1% of U.S. families increased from 4.2% in 1945 to 12.3% by 2007 before falling to 9.2% due to the 2007-2009 recession. At the same time, the average tax rate paid by the top 0.1% fell from over 50% in 1945 to about 25% in 2009. Tax policy could have a relation to how the economic pie is sliced—lower top tax rates may be associated with greater income disparities.”

Today’s Republican rant is about how Chris Christy has forgotten about Mitt Romney and embraced a true leader tha sincerely cares about all people, not just rich wealthy folks.

Tomorrows Republican rant will be about the conspiracy theory about the new jobs report that sounds like it could be better than expected.

I saw a clip of poor Phat Phuck Limbaugh calling Chris Christy basically a homo, for speaking the truth bout Obama’s support during the Disaster. Remember when disgusting r-tard Ann Coulter said Romney picks Chris Christy for VP or she would vote for Obama….well then!!

Final thought. I just LOVE our GREAT President in the AirForce One Jacket looking Extremely Presidential and in Command. That has to really pi$$ off the the far right wing entitled racists on the right. LOVE IT!!

Sorry for the curse words, but ya know my truck driver mouth…… :(

  • Sunshine

Like dd I told Mark2 he is disgusting.
He is not handling it well and I wonder who he thinks are my bodyguards?

  • Bobbyv

Right now NJ does not care who is in charge

  • Jeff

The anger and tone will get worse in here and across the net due to the right wing realizing their upcoming defeat. The polls are turning again in the Presidents favor. People are not liking what they see in the phony Romney Ryan ticket of lies, unclear hidden agenda, & flip flops. I am very glad Romney had this myth of a surge so it could create a (what they call in theater) a false hope. It will make the defeat of the GOP for the Presidency, control of The Senate, and possibly the control of The House more painful.

  • Bobbyv

Wow Jeff, vote Republican much? :)

Before CBS & Fox broke the classified emails that the Obama Administration did not convene its top interagency counterterrorism resource: the Counterterrorism Security Group, (CSG), there was this , appearing this afternoon.

ARAB MEDIA Leaks Sensitive US Documents From Benghazi Consulate – US Officials Pleaded For More Security

Today, Alaan TV, a UAE channel, revealed that letters found inside the consulate, written by the U.S. Consular staff and addressed to the Libyan Foreign Ministry and the Benghazi police chief, revealed security breaches at the consulate.

    Video & documents

Highly respected ‘Foreign Policy’ ,also, had an article .

Obama Touts Al-Qaeda’s Demise 32 Times since Benghazi Attack

Just a tad delusional. Al-Qaeda controls an area the size of France in Mali, Yemen is still teeming with AQAP fighters, al-Qaeda in Iraq is stronger now that at at any point since we left, al-Shabaab still controls large swaths of Somalia, al-Qaeda is taking over the insurgency in Syria etc.

    Oh, BTW,

In September, the the Pew poll showed a surge for Obama among Catholic voters. He led by fifteen points, 54-39.

Today, Obama is back down to a two-point lead, 48-46.

Among white Catholics, Romney has jumped to a 14-point lead (54-40) after being tied with Obama in September in the poll

I’m getting my jammies on early & going to settle down & watch ‘The Machine.’ BBT

  • Doug Z

As he left his Marine One helicopter Wednesday evening and walked to the residence of the White House, President Obama did not respond to a question shouted out by ABC News’s Mary Bruce about when he would begin to provide answers to the numerous questions building up about what exactly what went wrong in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012.

The president smiled and continued walking.

  • Jeff

    Hi Sunshine, how r ya??

Mark2 is not disgusting, everyone has an opinion many of which can at times be seen as disgusting from certain vantage points. I find politicizing the deaths of people in Libya disgusting. Posting falsely about what happened to their bodies after they were killed is pretty disgusting. Posting false conspiracy theories about Libya I find disgusting only because Fox talks about it every hour to play mind games on their viewers.

These silly posts get repeated daily in here, Fox will drop the story after Election Day.

  • duh

messNBC’s prime-time line up beats ONLY Fox and Friends…which runs at 6am? They are wasting electricity! Shut it down and Go Green, libscum!

  • Doug Z

As of now, the White House has disclosed that President Obama was informed about the attack on the diplomatic outpost in Benghazi at roughly 5pm by his National Security Adviser Tom Donilon as he was in a pre-scheduled meeting with Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey. At that meeting, senior administration officials say

  • Doug Z

In the place of a detailed description from the Obama administration about what happened more than six weeks ago comes the drip-drip-drip of stories about the failures of the Obama administration to provide those Americans on the ground in Libya with all the security assets they needed.

  • Jeff

A few times, I have. But rarely.
    Republican County level folks.
    Republican Govenor in Michigan.

    Republican AG in California.

  • Mark

Right now NJ does not care who is in charge
I am pretty sure they are happy a president is in office who didn’t cut Fema. By the way has Romney changed his stance on getting rid of Fema yet? He was asked like 14 times but refused to answer

  • Matthew

That depends on what you think should continue to be considered “Al-Qaeda.” Al-Qaeda proper, along with it’s entire upper echelon, is certainly dead. Calling the AQ that remains in Yemen true AQ is questionable, especially since we’ve been throwing Hellfire missiles at any group of desperate people that dare call themselves AQ in Yemen. It’s a completely de-centralized, scattered movement of autonomous, mostly small organizations calling themselves ‘Al-Qaeda.’ Obviously, some are more organized and dangerous than others.
