Last Man Standing and Malibu Country were adjusted up a single tenth, while Fringe and Nikita were each adjusted down a tenth among adults 18-49 versus Friday's preliminary ratings. NBC's Hurricane Sandy special was sustained, so final ratings will not be made available.

Those Nikita fans who were claiming greatness for Nikita on Saturday must be eating crows now. Not that I’m rejoicing in their grief but it’s a good lesson not to count your chicks too early.
Nice ABC! 2.0 A18-49 on fridays is huge! Hope don’t fall below a 1.8! maybe networks give more credit to friday nights.
also NBC is getting better ratings on fridays compared to thursdays.
I must be the only one on this site who has no idea who REBA is..
Damn, totally never expected a 2.0 for LMS. Reba has a huge fanbase so no surprise her show was very well sampled. Hope they hold up.

It’s not like they learned their lessons the first like 5 times their show was adjusted down. Besides, its still a season high.
Nikita sure is a good example of why you shouldn’t celebrate over overnight ratings.
Not that a 0.4 or actually crawling above a million viewers was anything to get happy about, anyway.
LMS and MC both did better than three out of four NBC Thursday comedies, wow.
Yay for LMS and Malibu Country! That’s awesome!
I’m from Portugal (the reason I wright with many mistakes and errors, english is my third language after portuguese and french, spanish did’nt count
) and I know who Reba is.
Is a famous country singer and actress.
If Nashville faides away on wednesdays maybe on friday could find a better spot at 9pm.
ABC comedy ratings this past week:
Modern Family: 4.2
The Middle (it was last week but who cares): 2.5
Suburgatory: 2.4
Malibu Country: 2.3
Last Man Standing: 2.0
The Neighbors: 1.8
Happy Endings: 1.4
Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23: 1.2
They’re right in the middle, nipping on the heels of Suburgatory & The Middle. ABC must be ecstatic!
@Nick,
I agree, ABC executives must be blessing Reba right now. But although I am happuy for their success, it kills me to see apartment 23 and especially my beloved Happy endings that low. Hopefully they can get a bit better. I still say the competition is just too strong for them, but well.
lms will fall quickly…pretty much every viewer comment i read about it was extremely negative…
LMS should be about a 1.5 next week. The story was horrible this week and the new cast killed the show.
I just dont want apartment 23 and happy endings getting canceled. it’s one of the best combo comedies. it’d be such a shame to get axed
Last Man Standing will be lucky to hit a 1.5 this week. They have no viewers now that they screwed that show over with all the changes. ABC shouldn’t let LMS ruin what TGIF can be. I expect Malibu Country to stay the same or close to it at least. LMS will be cancelled if they continue in the direction they’re going.
@Nick
They may be ecstatic with the comedies but also not so ecstatic when they realise that a Friday comedy finished a tenth and 2 tenths behind Wednesday comedies.
Let’s not go overboard on LMS/MC. It’s a success, but they are season/series premieres.
@Michael
Community would do badly on Friday. Community repeats seriously struggled on Friday during Summer (0.3-0.4 in 18-49)
That said, the Thursday 8pm slot facing TBBT is just horrible. I think NBC are effectively burning off veteran shows to keep the night warm and hoping that CBS move TBBT back to Mondays in a season or two to shore up their comedy block so NBC can retake the night.
Itll be interesting to know if ABC is making much money off their Friday nights. I bet that LMS and MC advertising wasn’t sold with the expectation of these ratings, which means that if these ratings dont hold, they might not be profitable next year during upfronts. I also have to wonder what Reba would command as a salary (although im sure the overall production costs are relatively low).
ABC should be very happy regardless with these ratings, and ST has become a cash cow (low cost to produce and great ratings). Of course it seems the money these days is all from syndication and LMS and MC seem to be syndication gold (I can see these shows on all the cable networks syndicated) and ABC may have purchased them with that idea in mind.
Awww Nikita why did you have to adjust down. I still believe that it can go on a upward trend from here to a .6
WOW! Blue Bloods able to garner over 11 million on a Friday Night. The show is really popular pulling in more viewers than any of the other 10pm shows throughout the week. In viewers, Blue Bloods easily places in the top 20. Tom Selleck is able to pull in viewers. The show just needs more of the younger demo to watch. It has to be one of the oldest skewing shows on. I just don’t feel CBS will be able to do any better at the moment than with the combo of CSI:NY and Blue Bloods. Blue Bloods should be able to survive at least until the end of its 5th season. This is the type of show that will do great in viewers when it is in syndication.
I hated Friday’s episode of Last Man Standing for a number of different reasons, all of which have to do with my views on comedy and nothing to do with politics.
Having said that, I am happy that the show did well on the night. I haven’t checked out Malibu Country yet.
