Lets just hope that TAR starts on time…

Lets just hope that TAR starts on time…

CBS has regional NFL games that week and the late game won’t be airing in any of the major markets (largest is likely Tampa at #14).

Survivor, on the other hand, airs on a doubleheader weekend, so expect a series low for the reunion show.

Good news for fans of The Mentalist though – nine doubleheaders for CBS, but only five episodes of The Mentalist get the 10:30pm-11:00pm start times.

    Yay TAR!

And you could wonder if anybody cares about the TAR final if those Thieving Magpie Twins are still in it.

Always been a fan of Survivor but never been a fan of the 3 hour overload on a Sunday night. Even with a DVR its too much if you watch anything else on Sunday nights.

I generally just save the reunion for the next day anymore.

Chicago will be the largest market with Miami at San Francisco. NFL television rules prohibit the broadcast of another game in the same time slot as the local home game. If the local team is on the road, and is on the doubleheader network, the other network CAN air a game at the same time as the local club, but the other network almost always airs a game in the opposite time slot due to the obvious fear of local ratings. That having been said, the Bears are at Minnesota in the early time slot on FOX on December 9, meaning Chicago and Minneapolis CBS stations will air the aformented Dolphins at 49ers game and thus TAR finale could be delayed in those markets. Other markets where the TAR finale could start late include: all South Florida markets (where the Dolphins have rooting interest), Atlanta, Buffalo, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Dallas, Philadelphia, St. Louis, and Tampa.

I actually don’t mind them! Lol. Sure, their personalities tick off a lot of people, but I like that they’re a super competitive female team.
